Directed by legendary coach Bob Hurley, the St. Anthony defensive game plan was to harass Monk everywhere he went and it worked to perfection. Rivals150 combo guard Jagan Mosely played physical defense, dished out seven assists and scored 14 points. He looks like a future upperclassman leader for Georgetown. basketballrecruiting.n.rivals.com/news/hoophall-ball-shines-again

Should fit right in

pretty crazy that we are getting the best player on the #4 ranked high school basketball team in the country. The counter to that is that he gets so much exposure and yet nobody ranks him very highly. He's not an under the radar kid, people have seen him and have been dismissive of him. I think he's going to be a real good role player. He's been coached by the best.

pretty crazy that we are getting the best player on the #4 ranked high school basketball team in the country. And he knows how to win which I think there is something to be said for. He's used to winning and knows what it takes to make winning plays. And that culture becomes infectious. Let's hope he infects the rest of the team with it next year.

But I also think it's just as important that they will improve the defense.

Tre Campbell's season may be underwhelming but anyone writing him off should look at the Reggie Cameron story. Campbell has just as much talent, probably more, and he will be a key performer in time. Plus Johnson has potential to be a special player and I anticipate him as the first guard off the bench assuming Peak returns.

I just want a guard who can defend at this level. Campbell and Cameron both have a long way to go.

Still.... DSR isn't bad either, so there's that. PC has to stop him. Hoyas need to re-establish the intensity they showed at the end v CU. Dang, I hope they get it done tonight!

Only a few Gene Smiths ever show up, but he couldn't make an uncontested layup. They all have a few warts some more than others. Agreed big game in about an hour lets get it done!

If Tre doesn't improve tremendously offensively as leader and all around, Jagan's gonna take his minutes next year!
