What a joke. PC played probably the worst game of their year. I think PC fans are thinking about that - not that they were "ambushed". Dont impute your silly conspiracy theories on other fanbases. Check out friartownhoops.com. With all due respect, you could not be more wrong. How dare you tell Johnnyjones what he should think about what other people are thinking. Who do you think you are?

Kentucky is not a great team. I'm sorry even if they win out. This team couldn't beat UNLV 91'. I think a team that plays physical and can hit a few three's could take them. Heck, I think our 2007 team would best them. For whatever reason they are just not impressive to watch, outside their size.

Yeah I mean the twins are garbage but saying "they're not that impressive outside their size"... I mean 6'8" Hibbert is a really mediocre player but that's kinda defeating the point.

I'm always impressed by how big the team as a whole is, but never much else. I'm not talking about the players as individuals. Nothing they do as a team really impresses me. They are big and they physically dominate their opponents. But it's kind of like watching a dad over power his kid in the drive way, effective, but not exactly impressive to the neutral observer.

I believe that all who take the time to post here, and further to respond to one of my posts, is entitled to a certain modicum of respect. . .no matter how unenlightened, inflammatory and ridiculous they may be.

Nova not taking care of business early. Missing a ton of shots they normally make.

Don't really like the way Nova has looked and they have to win this game for the conference. Xavier winning would be huge too.

Xavier is playing a 14 and Nova and Butler are playing ACC teams. If I were a fan of a different BE team, our game would be the only one in which a loss would be tolerable. But obviously, I don't feel that way.

We heard it this year already that the Big East had no teams who made the second weekend last year. All the "experts" thought there was no way Nova deserved a one seed. The conference needs to prove itself. Unfortunately the only way to do so is in a one and done tournament where anything can happen (see UCLA).

The conference needs to prove itself. Unfortunately the only way to do so is in a one and done tournament where anything can happen (see UCLA). I'm not going to let the Gottliebs and Seth Davis' of the world force me to cheer for Villanova. The terrorists are not winning this one. Those idiots don't actually pay attention to results anyways when making their arguments, why would they start if the Big East does well in the tournament? Clearly past tournament performance has no bearing on future seeding, see Hoyas, Georgetown for evidence on that one so that's not a factor. Overall, I am cheering for Xavier and Butler but Villanova could have lost to their 16 seed and I would have been over the moon. And if you still want to cheer for Nova, go talk to some of their fans and see if you passion for the conference over everything is still alive. I understand conference results matter now more than ever, but Nova losing is still top priority for me with my other hated teams failing to even make an appearance this year.
