I think that front would be too much. Getting rid of the current front design would probably be a big mistake, I think thats probably the nicest part of the shirt along with the Roman Numeral III.
Front: Same as This Year
Back: In same place as current phrases
RESPECT IS BACK FEAR IS COMING
III
might not use Hoop Club this time cause the shirt is a little too crowded with it and I dont know how effective it really is. My goal was to get the Hoop Club name out there more so that people would be more likely to join in the future. However, I doubt its effectiveness and really believe that the Hoop Club just has to reach out to undergrads more so that once they leave they will know what the Hoop Club is and want to be a part of it.

Well by process of elimination then, that means you must think the "HOYA HOOP CLUB" on the back reeeeeealllllly sucks. Cause that's all you left out in the "best part" of the shirt, aside from the little trademark on the front side next to the logo. When do those "Nat Burton Is My Homeboy" shirts come in?

The Hoop Club absolutely has to do a better job of getting its own name out, no question.
Working on that one.
They may well be subsifizing large quantities of these shirts next year tho.... something to think about.

They may well be subsifizing large quantities of these shirts next year tho.... something to think about. Well, if they want to help cover the cost for a huge number of shirts and the Hoop Club name being on there is important to them then of course it could be used again. They were willing to help out last year before their name being used on the shirt was even mentioned, I was the one who brought it up as an idea to get their name out there. However, I still dont think most undergrads understand what the Hoya Hoop Club is, other than a name of the back of the WE ARE GEORGETOWN shirts. This year there was a major shortage in shirts, and I have some very lofty goals in terms of numbers of shirts I want for next year. I want the student section to be pretty much completely gray every game next season and I want to start expanding beyond the student section in much greater numbers. MCI must become a sea of gray before I leave, haha.

As someone who works with language a lot, might I suggest "Respect is back, Fear is next"-- or some such other. Generally, avoid the word "coming" as it elicits giggles and taunts -- particularly among a drunken, college-age crowd.

I didnt think about it because I was using JT III's words from the banquet, but you are probably right. Thanks for the advice, I think it might sound a little better in general too.

Put Hoya Hoop Club on the sleeve if you want it to take up less space. Oft underutilized spot for sponsorship.

Its not used very often because t-shirt companies charge extra for things to be printed on sleeves, so its not likely to happen. We need them to be as cheap as possible so we can get as many as possible, haha.
