Butler is getting spanked right now by Oklahoma. This looks like it could be very ugly for the Bulldogs. One too many Bahama Mamas during th victory party?!

Xavier dumps San Diego in Anaheim, 82-71. The Big East marches on.

Also, Robert Morris scores a 71-54 win over Louisiana-Monroe, the team that took Florida to OT. We'll take whatever we can get, non-con wise.

Maybe not the right thread but Battle4Atlantis will supplant Maui for the top preseason tourney. Since it is all on site makes a big difference and they clearly invest in making this a great experience. I don't think Maui will ever go the way of the Alaska shootout but its "relevancy" as the best is in doubt.

I don't know who has the better tourney next year but when we go to Maui in '16 we have a monster field.

Carlino has 30 for Marquette.. up 9 against GTech about 3:30 left. Will the BE claim another ACC scalp?

Florida clamped down on UAB down the stretch; didn't allow a field goal over the last 6:30 to win by a deceptively large 9 point margin. For a while, the Hoya win last night wasn't looking quite as impressive.

I think that right now Florida's quality is more about their injury situation. They will end up being a top 20-30 team, if not even higher. The SEC isnt all that good, so I can see them being right there with Kentucky.

Although I can't see it, a Marquette win would be huge.

St. John's has an opportunity to make a statement against Gonzaga tonight as well.

Somebody send a game tape of Kansas-Tennessee to the Atlantis officials to help explain to them what a flagrant one should be.
