hoopniks.com/nike-eybl-dallas-preview/Two squads in the league remain undefeated at 9-0, Team Takeover, which features a deep roster from the DMV area (D.C., Maryland and Virginia), and first year (to the EYBL at least) program Expressions Elite, of Massachusetts. Just behind those two squads is perennial power Boo Williams of Virginia, Houston Hoops, and BABC at 8-1. Houston Hoops will face a difficult slate in Dallas, facing Expressions Elite and BABC, while BABC will play Team Takeover in addition to Houston Hoops. (BABC) Terance Mann Vs Wiley and Booth should be nice to see how he does. Takeover also faces Shep Gardner, Jaquan Newton and Team Final on Sunday, Tre Campbell vs Newton….

Adam Rowe @bluedevillair 4m Thon Maker with a great up and under move for a bucket. Boo Williams in control 67-53 over NY Lightening with 1:35 left. #EYBL
Adam Rowe @bluedevillair 9m 7' freshman center Thon Maker from Boo Williams is rail thin, but highly skilled. Excellent passer out of the post. #EYBL

hoopniks.com/nike-eybl-dallas-saturday-recap/Names to know: Dion Wiley, 6′-4″, 2014, SG, Potomac (MD)/Team Takeover – Perhaps the best overall prospect on the aforementioned loaded Team Takeover, Wiley has a terrific frame and balanced offensive game. He’s got the strength to be a factor early on in college, and has a good motor as well. Among the traits one could want in a high-major shooting guard, Wiley checks the box for most. Others that caught our eye: Tre Campbell, 6′-1″, 2014, PG, St. John’s (DC)/Team Takeover..

2016 big man emerging: Caleb Swanigan, a 6-foot-8, 265-pound forward who played both basketball and football at Homestead in Fort Wayne, looks like a legitimate high major post prospect. Swanigan played with both the 15-and-under and 17-and-under Spiece Indy Heat teams on Friday and was impressive with his ability to make tough catches around the rim and finish plays. Swanigan said the interest he’s received thus far from Indiana has been in the form of questionnaires and also mentioned Purdue, Michigan State, Ohio State and Georgetown. He’s also being recruited as a football prospect by Alabama, Auburn and LSU. www.insidethehall.com/2013/05/04/notebook-hensley-memorial-run-n-slam-day-1-2/#more-30483

www.theintentionalfoul.com/hoopniks.com/eybl-16-u-qualifiernext-level-nationals-sunday-recap/recruitscoop.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1505047* Team Takeover is balanced and deep. Each game, somebody different is likely to step up. But the key is that somebody will step up and many times shooting guard Dion Wiley is that guy. The 6-foot-4 four-star was solid in an early game as Takeover worked the bench extensively. He has good size, he is an outstanding shooter from deep, and he doesn't seem to get knocked out of sorts by much of anything. Wiley said that Maryland, Indiana, Georgetown, Florida and Miami are recruiting him the hardest. A four-star power forward, Obi Enechionyia listed Temple, Miami, Maryland, Indiana and Illinois as the five schools recruiting him the hardest.
