true kg, we need BigTen style guards like OSU or UM recruit. Tiny just doesn't work.

whether otto stays or not, i dont see much of a difference honestly.
yes otto played briliantly this year especially after greg went out. however to think we will be so much far off bc he goes NBA is foolish. we did completely fine this year after losing clark, sims, and hollis. that was even a bigger loss than otto alone. yet, we still managed to be ranked top 5 in the regular season (even if the competition is weaker, but it is relative afterall)
i am confident that without otto, this team will be fine - wont be surprised if this team makes top 10 just like the last how many years we have achieved with few key pieces gone. what we have not achieved regardless of keeping or losing star players is post season. we can only speculate - what if we still had hollis this year, or what if greg was eligible and able to play in tournament? as much as u guys would like to say we woulda beaten FGFU if we had those players, we probably would not have been in the same scenario. we could have been playing some 16th seed in the first round and win, and lose to the following 2nd round to some teams like wichita state.
it just comes down to what otto wants to do - stay and enjoy college life and play on a team to mature on and off court, or make money right away? with otto not playing AAU however, i do believe there is a strong chance that he might come back to get better. and if he does come back, dont be surprised if he stays next two years, not one. while next years draft is completely loaded, the draft year after isnt.
money can wait for guys like otto. barring a career ending injury, this kid is NBA bound eventually. it just comes down to what him and his family wants to do in their own unique way that is different from most other players.
