watching the championship game of the A-Sun they were awfully hot from 3 this game but their stats suggest they aren't a great 3pt shooting team. Their big man Eric McKnight I remember is someone we sniffed around for a bit.

Two things worry me. First, I'm going to guess this is the first 15 seed in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament history to have beaten a team that swept the ACC regular season and tournament championships... Yikes! Second, Florida Gulf Coast is, obviously, and someone needs to say it, a fabulously named team to be the umpteenth straight double-digit seed to topple our beloved Hoyas. Come to think of it, I don't even know what their nickname, or mascot is, but somehow I doubt that information would alter my first impression. Florida Gulf Coast just works, you know? That said, this Hoya team has done nothing since irrevocably getting the Nation's attention a few weeks ago to indicate they are anything but one massively tough out. Hoyas big, baybee!!!

Just something to keep in mind about FGCU/Miami:
Miami also lost to a team in an exhibition game (at home) way back then (St. Leo of all teams) And that was with Durand Scott.
And then they had a 3pt game going with Stetson with 3 minutes left - that was the game before they went and played FGCU. So that time for Miami wasn't pretty early in the season - FGCU did beat Miami, but not the Miami that showed up later in the season.
Just a different perspective on that upset.

Our guys need to come out ready to play and not fall behind. If we do fall behind, it won't be easy to come back.
Can't wait to get a piece of Florida, (remembering 2006) if we get beyond first weekend.

Miami also lost to Indiana State in a tournament in Hawaii during the holidays.

Neither, if it's a day game go to John's Roast Pork, it's only open till I think 3. Get the roast pork it is way better than a cheese steak. If you must get a cheesesteak theirs is probably the best in the city.

I'll take DeNic's roast pork over any cheesesteak in the City. It's at Redding Terminal in Center City.

If you must get a cheesesteak theirs is probably the best in the city. Plus infinity on this. While I love a good cheesesteak, the roast pork sandwich is Philadelphia's better contribution to the sandwich pantheon, and nobody does it better than John's. In addition, if you are truly the type of person who MUST have a cheesesteak, John's is among the best you'll find. Philly also has some of the best Pho anywhere on the east coast, and that includes New York. They are mostly bunched about around 11th and Washington St. For more delicious Philly food suggestions, start here: philly.eater.com/archives/2013/01/08/updating-the-eater-38.phpedit to add: If you HAVE to choose between Pat's and Geno's you should choose Pat's, if for no other reason than that the founder of Geno's was a world class xenophobic bigot.

And would our game time Sunday be at noon or 2:30 as noted on the Philly ticket sales sites I've seen or is that subject to change?
