Steve Keller @stevekellernrr 5h #southernjamfest Mark me down as a believer/Squires 6'8 Jr Devin Robinson went 4 25 with an array of feathery Js from out to 23ft/HM Lock.
Corey Evans @coreyevans_10 6h Devin Robinson has turned into a man on the basketball floor.Once he develops a mid range game, could be nearly unguardable
Corey Evans @coreyevans_10 6h Devin Robinson continues to supplant himself among the elite of his class with his continued progressions. Fun to watch
Corey Evans @coreyevans_10 6h Devin Robinson almost gave himself a concussion by nearly taking his head off the backboard following a two handed block #southernjamfest
10:15 PM- Devin Robinson (6-8/Christ Church School, Va./2014) scored 27 points and Josh Brown (6-4/Trinity School, Va./2015) added 15 as Squires Richmond (Va.) defeated DC Blue Devils 75-66 in a first-round game in the 17u bracket.

I really like this kid, he seems to get better each week... Ranked No. 106 nationally, the 6-foot-7 wing from Christchurch (Va.) is going to be making a major move up the next time class of 2014 rankings are updated. A tall wing who has a terrific-looking jumper and deep range, Robinson is one of those guys who makes the game look easy. He will put the ball on the floor, he is an alert and crisp passer, and he can dial up high-level athleticism. Not sure where he stands on the staff's wish list.. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1507015

The young man is having a very big summer.. cleveland.rivals.com/content.asp?cid=1508703“He’s got a good support system at home, which I think is gonna be key,” Thompson said. “They’ve got it under control I think as far as what they’re looking for. They’re very smart people so I think they’re gonna do a lot of research about schools. Academics are very important to his mother. She’s a Virginia grad so she always talks about that, more so than anything else. I think academics, style of play, how he gets along with the guys when he visits.I get that scholarships are limited but I think the staff should look hard at tall & versatile players like Devin. He seems to be in the Otto, GW & Copeland mold.

Evan Daniels @evandanielsfox 2h Was told that Alex Robinson, Vic Law and Devin Robinson had a strong showing in a showcase game in Italy today at the Adidas Euro Camp. www.europeanprospects.com/adidas-eurocamp-2013-day-1-recap/The day was concluded by the game between an All-Star selection and the Team USA. The American team did a really good job against a totally oversized team of campers who was not able to really use their height advantage. In the end, the All-Star team won that game but the main prospects seemed to be players like Devin Robinson or Victor Law.The kid is playing very very well right now..

Evan Daniels @evandanielsfox 27m Multiple people raving about Devin Robinson's play in Italy. Already due a bump in our rankings, which will be updated following NBPA cam Hoopniks @hoopniks 3h Devin Robinson had 12 pts/5 rbs, Jarred Reuter 6 pts/7 rbs, Alex Robinson 8 pts, 5 asts in USA team loss at adidas Eurocamp to France U20. I'm begging & pleading the staff to make a run at this kid!! He's in Italy at the Adidas Eurocamp outshining D.Morgan, Vic Law & Z Cheatham... insider.espn.go.com/blog/ncbrecruiting/national/post/_/id/7041/espn-60-duo-set-to-play-at-adidas-eurocampThe prestigious adidas Eurocamp gets underway Saturday in Treviso, Italy. The camp has historically been one of the top venues over the years for top up-and-coming European stars to audition in front of professional scouts from both the NBA and other professional leagues.
Former Farleigh Dickinson University head coach Greg Vetrone will be at the helm of the US team, which has exhibition games scheduled against the Serbian U19 national team, the French U20 national team and a similar European all-star team.

Bad news for you Devin Robinson fans. www.draftexpress.com/article/2013-adidas-EuroCamp-Day-Two-4243"A member of the US Team comprised of mid-level recruits, 2014 high school prospect Devin Robinson had a strong showing today, scoring 12 points and coming up with 5 steals. A 6'8 wing extremely long arms, Robinson is a capable set shooter with a nice feel for the game. He isn't a great ball-handler at this stage, but found ways to score inside the arc in a variety of interesting ways. A fluid athlete with good explosiveness, Robinson appears to have plenty of untapped potential. Listed at 6'6 by most recruiting services, he is ranked #44 by 24/7, #106 by rivals, and unranked by ESPN in the class of 2014. Robinson told us his dream school is Georgetown but that they stopped recruiting him for some reason. Considering his showing here, it is tough to feel like that won't turn out to be a gaffe in the long run. Look for his stock to rise considerably among high school scouts as he gets better exposure down the road."

Could it be our apparent switch of two assistants over the past couple months? Wonder if one of them was recruiting Devin.

Comments referenced earlier here. Judging from his body language seems like the staff needs to pick up the phone…

The video didn't work for me above. Try this link:
By the way, I agree that he doesn't seem irritated that Georgetown hasn't called - more like he doesn't harbor bad blood. Let's hope we can still get involved.

It will be interesting to see how the reshuffling of assistant coaches affects his recruitment.
