hoya9797---I never knew Victor Page was forced out!!! When he left, I think... George Butler became our primary scorer the next year. Yeah, Vic wasn't going to be back either way. The next year was Shenard Long and Kenny Brunner's half year.

Always nice to see Vic's name in the news without charges pending...

Have the Hoyas had a more talented guard than Vic since he left?

Have the Hoyas had a more talented guard than Vic since he left? No, and it is not close.

People gave him a hard time because he shot a low percentage, but he was double or triple teamed on every play! No disrespect to Troy Murphy- but Victor was the real BEAST POY that year. I loved the way he played the game and hope that he is able to get his life on track.

Yah...Austin and Chris W, as well, were quite good, ..but really don't think either was quite at Victor's level. In my mind, the two best Hoyas to not play in the NBA were Vic and Michael Graham?

My late cousin who was a probation officer in north Worcester County had a great story about shooting baskets at the Winchendon Y on his lunch hour with Victor Page

Page and Iverson used to play one-on-one after practices and really go at it. Supposedly, Victor held his own.
