I've seen us mentioned with him, but not for a while. He's going to be one of the top big guys in the 2013 class now, so competition will be fierce. I would be surprised. I hope he picks UNC and takes Kennedy Meeks' spot.

Well, I'm not talking from firsthand experience or anything. My sense is I would be thrilled to get either, and think we have a better shot at Meeks. Meeks probably has more downside potential just if he can't get the conditioning fixed. But on the other hand Meeks is billed as a superlative passing big man which is great for what we like to do on offense.

Probasketballdraft @probballdraft Noah Vonleh update: The recently reclassified SR. says he'll visit Syracuse & probably Ohio State & Indiana. Then Kansas, Hoyas, & UCONN.

could be, but necessary to be seen; even if you know what the real deal is. Part of the game.

I agree, but since Cuse no longer in the BE; it matters to me not.

Vonleh is an animal. He's a likely one and done, lottery pick. Think (as always) we have an uphill climb, but this is a big deal. Great find, alleninxis.

Vonleh is a superior player to anyone Georgetown has recruited in '12, or '13 classes. He's most talented guy they've recruited since Monroe and would be a perfect guy to step in the Porter role should Otto do as many project and enter the draft. If he's listing Hoyas seriously, then I'd rather they miss on Williams, and then focus on Mostella in Spring as Alleninxis said yesterday.

This kid is a beast! He'd start from day 1 .. hope we can stay in the running and win him over.

This kid is a stud. If we put a full court press on him we might have a shot. It would be a hell of a get

Oooh, I really like Vonleh. I wish the IAC was built already and I'd feel more confident.
