coxsportsonline.com/2014/06/we-got-next-class-of-2014-new-england-preps-with-nba-futures-2/NBA Comparison – Otto Porter Jr. Copeland is a classic late bloomer who was actually known as a low to mid-major prospect just two years ago and ultimately finished as the 15th best overall prospect in the national class of 2015. He’s headed to Georgetown where he could potentially follow in the footsteps of Porter as an incredibly versatile big wing. Like Porter, Copeland is long and lanky with good size and athleticism on the wing.
Copeland handles and passes the ball well for his size, continues to extend his shooting range and is becoming much more assertive around the rim. Both are also versatile playmakers on the defensive end, capable of blocking shots, coming up with steals or potentially checking multiple positions. Porter’s versatility was an ideal fit for John Thompson III’s system at Georgetown and his stock blossomed as a result. The hope is that Copeland will again follow suit.

I've only watched the YouTube stuff on Isaac but I never once thought of Otto. They look like entirely different types of players to me. Then again, I know zero as I mentioned but any player, regardless of position or ability, would do well to learn a thing or two from Otto in terms of rebounding for an undersized (in Otto's case, underweight) guy and in terms of his mid-range game. To those that know better, who would you pick as a comparison for Isaac? Would Otto be in your top five? In any case, I'm excited to see Isaac suit up. All of the new guys actually, as I always am. But I'm even more excited this year. And I LOVE that Trey Mourning is a Hoya regardless of where he's at right now in terms of his game. I wonder if that'll translate to Zo being around a bit more and maybe (pipedream alert) suiting up and working with the bigs a bit. You know he's in shape to do it. I've finally found something I really like about social media. Some of the guys posting pics and impressions from their first days in college and people on the board find them. There's a certain creepiness to that but, as a fan and a fellow Hoya, it's fun to get a little bit of their first impressions, excitement, and perspectives. Work hard Hoyas! November only feels far away.

But Otto, like White, had incredibly diverse and mature skillsets as 18 yr olds.

These frosh sound ready to step in day 1, especially Isaac and Paul. I think we could be pretty good next year if Smith drops the weight and becomes less of a liability on defense.
