Umm. It's in the thread title. Or the first page of this thread.

Kid is getting high interest from just about everyone in the Pac 12. Its going to be tough to get him to leave the west coast. He does like the Hoyas though.

Unless he changed his mind, didn't he cut his list to 3 schools a couple months ago?
I would be surprised if they would take a commitment from him right now, but if we miss on Kennedy Meeks I could see it happening.

Staff likes him alot; not sure of his position in the pecking order. Not a stiff. His host fam values academics, but may want him to stay "close".

Like many ball players his age, he can get distracted. If he ever puts 110% of his energy into the game...watch out.

It appears that N'Diaye will be deciding on Wednesday at 3:45pm. My guess is UC Irvine. I honestly would have taken the kid.

I understand how 7'5'' would change a game, but I would rather get a bruiser (Mikael Hopkins plus like thirty pounds of muscle and some agressiveness). When we lose games, it always seems to be to a team with one guy like that (Cincy last year? NC State. WVU last year?). It'd be nice to have one on our team for a change. I like the finesse guys, but I think having one Patric Young (albeit not as good) would do us well.

Thats one thing when you have tall but skinny guys at the post getting destroyed by the short stocky posts but by all accounts NDiaye is not a stick, he is a large human being (even if he wasn't 7'5")

he was a bit of stick, but so was Manute Bol (ndaiye is not nearly as thin as bol was). The reach you have when you are that tall means you can be push around a bit and still have an effect on almost any shot.

He's actually fairly muscular for a human being of that size. And reasonably coordinated.

It seems fitting that he should become a Banana Slug. Good luck to him
