Now kids, let's be friends sky - the answer is yes and JJ, I think sky was really interested in the answer, not chain yanking. AFAIK sky was already out of diapers when I was still just a twinkle in Pop's eye. Finally, I need my Hoyas to put a world of hurt on my classmate Scott Pilarz' Marquette Warriors. Nice of them to get the offensive tractor pull game out of the way first.

Buz is a good coach and after their humilation last week they should kill Nova today. If that does happen, great, if not I would be concerned about them comming in to avoid a three game losing streak. Unlike their initial ranking, I do not believe that they are as talented a last year.

Agree about the coach. Are they a 2 man team this year? Crowder and Johnson Odom?

I would love for the Marquette from the Vandy game to show up. That would be nice.

Pilarz was my academic adviser and I would have thought he'd be pretty committed to Hoyas basketball. Didn't he keep Jack while he was at Georgetown? And he's a GU undergrad--clearly, your undergrad trumps your grad school, but maybe there's a special exception when you become the president of another university?

Just want to keep winning, it would be nice to fill the booth with HOYA fans. Last time, there were a lot of Golden Eagle fans there. We need to drown them out.

Re: Pilarz -- I think he's been rooting for both, and is probably not looking forward to these games, as people on both sides will likely be giving him a hard time.

Yeah break games are so frustrating in terms of crowd. I thought it got decently loud when it needed to, but it's rough trying to bring energy with out the students. There were a good number of PC fans there and they made some noise at one point. Will probably be worse against marquette. Hopefully the team performs better and it's a less ugly game to get the crowd into it and silence the marquette fans.

I hear you Nevada, but I cut him some slack because he's actually running the place.

As far as Depends go, I am not quite there yet, but there have been many Hoya games over the years where it would have been helpful to have them.

Marquette squeaks past Villanova in Milwaukee, 81-77, so they come to DC at 12-2.
