For those without ESPNU in NYC area ... anyone know how to access the televised game?

If your internet provider offers ESPN3, you can watch it online. Otherwise, most sports bars should have the U at this point.

I was wondering where Otule had been. I think Henry can get his shot off against Gardner and then Crowder if he comes on the double. Hollis and Nate better be ready to feast as well. I'm thinking Nate has a big game tonight.

My major concern with Marquette --as always--is the intensity with which they play the game. They play fast and they use their bench. Injuries may limit them somewhat. This will be a different type of test for our defense. I tend to think that the type of game they played against Nova had more to do with Nova's approach than Marquette. In any event Simms better be prepared for a lot of banging.

Marquette has shown itself to be a very good team this year against non-SEC teams. But this is a game we should win at home if that counts for anything.

I remember Buzz subbing about 15 times in the first 5-10 minutes of the game, maybe even more. That will be a test for our younger players. Hopefully, III has them prepared. If we cant weather that, we should be okay at home. This is an important game. Marquette is one of only a few truly good BE teams that we play at home.

I saw that only to mean that racking up quality wins at home is important. I am fully aware of the fact that we have no gimmes. Trust me.

No let downs at Home. Have to protect our house. Can't let any chickenhawks come in here and get a win on our court. Keep playing tough defense box out. Play inside out. Get it in to Hank if they double kick it out to our open shooters. Interestingly we're shooting much better away from verizon this year compared to road/neutral games. Only shooting 34% from 3 at home but 41% on the road. I'm hoping we're on today.

They'll have to double cause they don't have the length without big boy.

Hmm, they have only played two true road games? One a big win against Wisconsin in state and one an L at LSU. Seems kind of odd until I look at our schedule and it is essentially the same if you take out Chaminade.
Should be a good one. We gotta hold down home court and play inside out with Henry.

I'd like to see Hollis come out agressive. He should present a match-up problem for them.

must force tempo ala Memphis. Seemed to struggle against slower pace at Wisconsin

Last game without the students. YAs and other fogeys better bring their A game tonight. If we win this game, it should guarantee a good student turnout next game(s).

the Cinncy game is up against the BCS cjhampionship in football, don't count on the kids showing up big time Regardless of tonight's outcome, while we might get a few more hardcore fans, we'll still be well under half-strength on Monday. In addition to the so-called national championship game, I for one don't want to miss "Who's Still Standing" that night on NBC. In addition, a lot of kids have Intermediate Accounting II starting up on Wednesday - I hear it's a helluva class and can't blame anyone who wants to get a little pre-studying in before the school year starts.

Anybody know who is calling the game tonight on ESPNU?
Edit: Looks like LaPhonso Ellis is doing color.
