Brandon Rozzell and Armon Bassett. Ugh. I audibly groaned when I read this, so I guess you win. Way to ruin my morning. Sorry. In truth, I don't hate those guys. We have only ourselves to blame for those two games. I hate anyone in a Syracuse uniform, but a special place in my personal Hell is reserved for John Wallace and Lawrence Moten for their little Hulk Hogan act at US Air Arena. It's nights like that one where I am thankful that I did not and do not own a high-powered rifle with a telescopic sight. (not that I have a particular model picked out or anything).

John Pinone was a latter day Charlie Adrion. No reason to hate on him just because he couldn't jump. Actually, I don't think there is much reason to hate on most of these guys, other than that they were good. Exceptions - Devendork and Beavis.
Personally, my most hated opponent isn't a player - it's Lefty Dreisell. He was so bad that he was named jackass of the year in our cluster sophomore year. Now that's quite an accomplishment.

I'm sorry, but the choice of John Pinone as the most hated Hoya foe is somewhere between silly and laughable. John Pinone was a very good player, but he was not much of a problem for the Hoyas. During the four years that Pinone was at Nova he won one game against the Hoyas, a 68-67 win at Nova in his senior year. Otherwise, he was on the losing end of 6 games with an average score of 75-58 and with no game closer than 8 points.
The only list John Pinone should be on is least photogenic.
Seriously, I could name 50 guys who belong on this list before John Pinone.

And as much as we liked to make fun of Scottie, I wouldn't say he belongs on a most hated list.

Not nearly enough UConn guys getting mentioned. How angry do you get when you read these names:
Doron Sheffer Ricky Moore Travis Knight Charlie Villanueva Rip Hamilton Hasheem Thabeet Khalid El Amin and my number one non-cuse ****bag player ever: Jake Voskuhl
Also, I think I'm Preston Shumpert's least favorite Georgetown fan.

Are we picking players that had success against us, or players that we hated? I think they're two different things. Scottie Reynolds is a perfect case study--he had little success against us but every Hoya fan I know despised him. I think he qualifies on that list in the post Big John era, along with GMac (Overrated?!!), Devendorf, and (good call dailey) Preston Shumpert. Chris Thomas annoyed the hell out of me too.

Didn't play us enough to be hated on the court but I despise JJ Redick. Not only did he play for Duke but he was also pretty much a glorified spot-up shooter.
