I'm not sure how fair it is to lump Long Beach State and Presbyterian in the same category.

I'm not sure it's fair to refer to Pitt as a "Big East" team.

funniest part of game vs long beach state tho.. ON epsn our favorite network.. they had the worst plays of the day and upthere MAYBE number one a long beach player i think named anderson.. wellll lbsu is throwing the ball in from outa bounds. AND he FREAKING DRIBBLES THE BALL IN BOUNDS yup dribbles it in.. the ref caught it and the lbsu guy just kinda bursts out laughing. ive NEVER seen that in my few years of watching many bball games VERY VERY VERY funny.. the ref GOT the call right and it was NOT john cahill nope go hoyas STAY FOCUSED GUYS and remember to THROW THE BALL IN on outa bounds plays NOT dribble it in OWWWOWW ps BEAT KANSAS AND THEN YOU NEVER KNOW

USF lost that game to ODU and then ODU went on to give kentucky all they could handle today. USF is tied at 17 at the half with Penn State right now.
UNC Greensboro is up 11 on Towson in the mainland maui games. They lost by 22 to the Middle Tennessee St Team that beat UCLA by 20.
Uconn beat Coppin St 87-70. Rutgers beat Hampton 66-52
Games of Interest later in the day: Seton Hall vs. NorthWestern in the Final of the Charleston Classic 8:30pm ESPNU Marquette vs. Ole Miss in the Virgin Islands Purdue vs. Alabama in the Final of the Puerto Rico Tip Off 8pm ESPN2 IUPUI vs. Eastern Michigan 4pm
Another current game of interest IONA is up 60-49 on Maryland with 8 minutes left in the game. Another game of interest is Temple vs. Wichita St at 5:30 on ESPN2 for 3rd place in the Puerto Rico Tip Off. Another result of interest St. Louis beat Washington today.

Iona decimated UMD, 89-62. outscoring them 52-29 in the 2nd half. Iona has been know in the last six or seven years as a cross country powerhouse, but now that they have hired Tim Cluess, watch out. Tim coached my old HS team, St. Mary's, for 14 years leading them to a 264-78 record. During one of those seasons they were ranked #1 in the country. After leading SMHS, he went to a JC, then CW Post. Now at Iona, they should be a force in eastern bball.

Lamar pulled that with the Lakers a few years back (for those of you who remember the NBA).

The main takeaway from the ND-Mizzou game is that Vitale is there, and not in Maui.

UCLA v. Chaminade on now. Time to scout for tomorrow. Anyone know the line? Wouldn't be surprised to see Chaminade win.
