I know people were high on this kid but I don't want any part of a big that not only chose Kansas st over us but then puts us in his finalists with freakin Fresno state. And don't give me the closer to home argument. That would work for other major conference teams or maybe really good mid majors but not Fresno state. This guy doesn't want the big stage or success. FYI-part of the reason he picked Kansas state in the first place was the social scene there and that along shows bad taste and judgment. I'm ready to roll with Moses and Tyler. These are guys that want to be hoyas, love to be hoyas, want to win and are good teammates. Center is not a position of need this year IMO.
Not to mention Hopkins.....if he can finish on some of those moves he had down low last year, he could be a nice scoring option next season. I would think that will come with another offseason under his belt.

Moses is gonna surprise a lot of people this season. He's only 6'9' (only!) but has a HUGE frame. I like what i've seen from him on offense, and what he brings to the table defensively is unmatched. I was impressed last year in Kenner, and since then, even though he hasn't played, he has gained experience through China, Maui, a BE season, BE tourney, and NCAA tourney. I have to assume that he's even better. Moses is the Hoya I am most looking forward to watching next year. He will surprise!

You have to play minutes to gain experience. The games are completely different than practice. The 5 spot will be the biggest question mark. I think it will be a spot up for grabs, but nobody, including III, knows how these guys will respond when the lights come on. They ALL will get their shot if healthy, Moses/Adams/Hopkins and I think minutes will get distributed based on court performance.
