Are we interested in this kid? I feel like we are already looking at a few other PGs from the 2012 class...

Christon will climb rankings if he re-classifies--since the weakness of class is PG position. Very good athlete and had great SR season--shot up from 6'0 JR to 6'3 SR and had huge year against very good competition--he/his team upset Michigan State commit Travis Trice team in Double OT in postseason play.

Obviously we'll go after both, but so I have a better understanding, how do Christon and DSR stack up against one another?

For anyone who knows about his game, who would you compare him to?

For anyone who knows about his game, who would you compare him to? Type of guard you usually see on teams that press/run--has good athleticism, quick/long arms, improved his shooting a great deal from outside-but scored a lot off drive and layups from pressure induced turnovers. Kind of guard you see at Cincinnati under Cronin.

Rivals has His coach saying III is coming for an in home visit later this month and should offer.
His coach says he also will reclassify. Semaj wasn't sure when I spoke with him prior. As I said earlier, we are currently his favorite.

So if he reclassifies and is already a senior what does he do next year work at Micky D'S?

Unless I missed something, the staff still hasn't offered DSR but will apparently offer Christon after an in-home visit in the near future. Interesting because I recall DSR saying he was really interested before he committed to Xavier but we never pulled the trigger on an offer. However, we're about to offer another Midwest kid at the same position.
I hope this kid is that good.

Scout expert had this to say about him in February:
Has made unreal strides since the summer. Jumper still isn't there yet, but the path he is on upward is unreal. Wasn't a D-1 player 12 months ago, now schools at HM level are jumping.
One of the best passers in the class, has explosive speed, and very long arms and quick laterally. Absolutely blowing up right now. If he stays in '11 he will play in the Big East, if he goes to '12 he will be one of the most heavily recruited PG's in the entire country.

Explosive speed, lateral quickness, long arms. Sounds like the kind of kid that could become an absolute terror defensively.
