The Biggest joke in the big east is not Depaul, not S Florida, but Cincinnatti!! This is the biggest fraud team in the big east. Its a crime that they can schedule 15 straight cup cakes, feast on the absolute bottom feeders of the Big East, eek out 20 wins and make the tournament based on thier conferences great strength. This is an NIT caliber team and should be treated as such. I hope they dont take an at large bid away from a more deserving team.

Less egregious than Syracuse due to the coverage they get from "how well they're playing" and the general homers in the media.

We have 2 games against Cincy to prove this assertion.

We have 2 games against Cincy to prove this assertion. Exactly, let's not start jinxing it.

Texas with the spanking of A&M!! With no ranked teams left in its schedule, you can bank one #1 spot for the Longhorns...

lock this crap up or move it. This is going to look extra stupid if we lose to Cincy.

Pick up a win on Saturday, and we'll move ahead of A&M after they got beat down at home last night. [Edit: just realized that we already moved ahead of A&M in both polls this week, after--I think--their loss at Nebraska).

Just in case anyone was wondering, no, you cannot root for Syracuse tonight.
1. Yes, UConn is ahead of us in the standings, but we'll have our shot against Calhoun's Conn-victs in a couple of weeks. And the Huskies still have several losable games on their schedule.
2. Syracuse plays USF before they play us, so they will almost certainly end their losing streak there and won't be playing us next week as the most desperate team in all the land. They don't need to end their futility tonight.
3. Syracuse losing 5 in a row is such a deliciously tempting thought, I feel like Eric Cartman about to serve Scott Tennorman his bowl of chili.
Now, don't get me wrong. This doesn't mean you should root for UConn. This is the ultimate of all meteor games, obviously.
But instead of rooting for a team to win, simply root for Syracuse to lose. It is so much fun, trust me.
Especially when it happens.
Like it has been.
A LOT.
Keep it up, Orange!!
