Look man, Im a GTown fan and I want the kid in DC also. But he is from Miss, Miss St may have a roster next year that consist of Ware, Sidney, Hood, Pollard, and Bost. I would say that once you factor that roster with the fact he is from Miss, if could be attractive. Gtown is just as attractive with Markel, DSR, Pollard, Otto, Greg, Hop, Tyler, and Jabril. I just hope he wants to leave home and doesnt want to play for Calipari................

Bost is a SR.
He can go to G'Town, Alabama or MSU and land on a pretty talented team. (and obviously Kentucky)
I would think that G'Town and Alabama are little bit more stable and productive in the coaching department than the circus Stansbury can often run.

just out of curiosity, if we land him, will he be starting for us? what will the line up look like?
we never really had athletic freaks on our team (mayb exception to PE2 who was more of a role player). just want feedback from ppl who have seen him play LIVE and how he will fit into our system.

Haven't seen him play live....only youtube clips. My guess is that our starting line up would consist of Markel, Greg, Otto, Devonta, and (one of our bigs), with Lubick, DSR, Jabril and others coming off the bench.

He will have his shot at the starting line-up, but no guarantee, just like everyone else.

From today: What teams are you most interested in at this point in your recruitment? "Alabama, Georgetown, Mississippi State, Texas, Mizzou, and Ole Miss is still there." mississippistate.scout.com/2/1140400.htmlAlso, Scout has added some new footage of Pollard that is quite impressive. Reminds me very much of Kidd-Gilchrist at Kentucky. We'd be a tough out with him and Porter at our forward spots.

I take it as a positive development that Pollard did not mention Kentucky. Makes me think we might have a chance. Also positive that we had a good showing at Bama.

Also a positive that the wheels are falling off of bama's wagon. Seems like it's a 5 school race. We just need to keep winning and hope that pollard recognizes everything g'town has to offer.

He/kentucky seem to have parted ways. I assume since they got the Forward they wanted in porythess already.

I doubt that, unless III or Kirby has told him something.

If he wants to get a great education, to get national exposure, to play in the best basketball conference in the country, and to learn how to really play the game, then there is no question where he will go. If he what he wants is something else, then alright, UK or Mi$$ St. are there and the AAU coach is happy.

That is going to be a really tough list to emerge from as the winner. He seems like he is pretty deeply rooted in the south, which makes it hard to believe that we could beat out Bama and Miss St. If he at all buys into what's going on at Kentucky, he'll end up there. I don't really know what to make of Texas. As tony said, definitely hard to feel good about this.

Well, the good news is that if he wants out of the South, he has only one option, and that's us.

One of these things is not like the others . . .
and sometimes, that can be a good thing.

Most recent Scout article gives the same list as before: Mississippi State, Alabama, Texas, Missouri, and Georgetown. Says he has set up a visit at Texas this month and at Mizzou the first weekend of February. mississippistate.scout.com/2/1149669.htmlSounds like we may have a good shot at getting his last official. I say this because he has already visited 'Bama and MSU on multiple occasions.
