Completely agree. I can not believe that JT III was not a big hit with his mom. Huh? All indications were that she likes our staff best by far.

I wish he would set a date for his decision or at least decide soon. This wait is killing me

I wish he would set a date for his decision or at least decide soon. This wait is killing me Noooo!!! We need more time for additional problems to surface at Syracuse and for the NCAA to hurry up and pre-emptively vacate Calipari's trips to the Final Four with UK.

Honestly, the fact that cuse is still on his board, means he doesnt care about violations. I'd expect his decision to come sometime this week

If I were him I'd wait until the last possible minute. Any of the coaches or players could theoretically bolt from their existing schools, programs could be hit with suspensions (or be exonerated by NCAA), etc. and it's not like they won't have a place for him if we waits longer. Can't blame him for not deciding yet, though I suppose he could "verbal" and not sign, right?

It's probably a good idea to wait til after 4/10 which is the early entry withdrawal date this year.

He has no idea. Neither does anyone else. People are giving UK and SU better odds because of the belief that if money changes hands, they will play that game and GU will not. If it's a straight up decision, we have the same shot as anyone else. As many of us have said a number of times, if it's a straight up decision, Syracuse has no shot.

It blows me away when I think how ballers like Nerlens Noel and Devonta Pollard are the same age as me. Crazy stuff.

Get this done. Just send NN a photo of Patrick, Alonzo, Dikembe, Greg and Roy on a court, in Georgetown practice jerseys, staring at the camera with their most intense glares, with a simple caption: "You got next".

Haha. Frazier - I think we should do one of those photos to send to every future big man. Heck, even if we don't send them, make sure it's an internet meme that spreads the word. Anyone have the photoshop skills to pull it off?

Lots of direct tweeting going on to Nerlens. Definitely a place not yet policed by the NCAA. Seems like there are 5 Cuse fans directly tweeting Nerlens for every 1 Georgetown fan. UK fans have better things to think about right now.

I love this idea. Also include Othella? Or would he have to be excluded, since he's an assistant coach?

I'm not a tweeter..but I love the idea. Would be interested in seeing how the Cuse fanbase responds to pics of our lineage of bigs.

Cuse fans are too dumb to respond to that. I saw one tweet conversation yesterday between a couple of Cuse bloggers and a fan questioning Gtown's rep as Big Man U. One of them said we hadn't had a decent big man since Hibbert which was so long ago (despite Cuse not having one in 30 years). When somebody brought up Monroe (which was just 2 years ago), they just said they forgot and continued to bash the Big Man U rep. Huh? So freakin stupid.

Seems like spamming to me.
I don't know Nerlens' personality, but this would get so old, so fast to me.

Well, this is from the GU Compliance Info:
Only Georgetown University's coaches who have successfully completed the NCAA Recruiting Rules Examination on an annual basis may be involved in the recruitment process. Representatives of athletics interests (alumni and boosters) MAY NOT make any recruiting contacts. This includes letters, e-mails, text messages, telephone calls or face-to-face contact on or off campus with a prospect or the prospect's parents.
