well they're clearly behind on his list since he cut it to 5 including us, as far as his rankings who knows. It's still really early he'll continue to rise up the rankings.

Quincy Miller no longer listing Georgetown. Likely UK or Duke.
Jordan Goodman will never wear a Hoya uniform.

RDF, is your assessment of Goodman b/c of Cox, grades, or both? Was the Moses angle (if there ever was one) overblown?

Thompson didn't play the first few weeks of AAU ball this spring, and "reports" out of Chicago were that he didn't have a great junior year. He actually played big when it counted during his regular season, including IMO outplaying class of 2010 McD's AA Jereme Richmond in the state semifinals. Thompson has been injured some over the past 6 months, though, and that may have contributed to his slide in the rankings. I think once he's 100% and the gurus see him the rest of the spring/summer, he'll end up in the top 25. There's probably not a better pure athlete in the class of 2011.

He was out for a decent amount of time with a bad high ankle sprain. He came back to try and help his team win the state title but he wasn't 100%. They made it the finals and then just got blitzed by Derrick Rose's old high school Simeon.

That scout list has Myles Davis as the 30th ranked shooting guard. I am sure his size is an issue, but they're out of their minds.

Villy making a move on him. About to offer. Does mention Hoyas in interview with Zags though. Visited last season.
"It [my visit] was really good.," he said. "I got to talk to Coach Thompson and meet some of the guys. Georgetown is definitely one of the schools I've always looked at." "I was interested in them even when I was younger."

From NorthStarBBall.com:
Jordan Dickerson ’11, Lincoln (NY): has gotten letters from Providence, Fordham, Penn State, and Michigan State Offers: None Favorites: “I really like Providence and Michigan State, but I really wanna go to Georgetown though. I gotta work hard.”
Jordan Dickerson was a guy that it was hard to get a feel for on this weekend because he really did not play all that much. Standing 6'11, though, one has to like his upside. Though he might not be the most skilled player out there and does need to work on his strength, based on size alone, Dickerson should have DI looks.

According to the Scout article, we are still in it.
Final five are Florida, Ohio State, Oregon State, Kansas, and Georgetown. Sounds like we are (by a large margin) the newest school to the party and have a lot of ground to make up to be his choice, but he plans on taking five officials and we should get one of them. Also notes he plans on signing in the fall.
