Quincy Miller, his teammate at QEA and one of the top 5 guys in the '11 class, is tweeting that Aaron is a future Hoya.

And if Quincy ever bothers to read this thread, he should know that, as a Miller myself, I think Georgetown is the perfect fit for him.

This thread should be moved to the Front Page Agreed, or at least a new one started on the front page. I like the recruiting sub-forum, but when someone verbals or commits, I think it should be discussed on the front page where more people see it. Otherwise it gets lost in the recruiting area.

Quincy Miller is wishful thinking...that guy looks like he will be Calipari's next great recruit. I would be happy if we managed to get Bowen's other tall teammate from Quality Education, Juvonte Reddic- that guy has been discussed here before. Is Gtown still being considered ...and viceversa?
I read that Maryland has offered him and he looks like a guy who could be a major sleeper a la Joe Smith. Would hate to see him become a Terp.

Depends on how many the Hoyas want to take for 2010. One would think the fourth schollie for '10 is Abraham's for the taking, but you never know. Reddic is admittedly interested and has said that his top three are G'Town, MD and VCU. If G'Town wants to take five for '10, he's a possibility.

A shooter with some length on the wing - sounds like a perfect fit. We'll have to see what recruiting guru Bronxhoya says about it, though

I like this signing, and it definitely doesn't seem like a reach like some of our previous late-season moves have been.
Good length, good athleticism, range, quick first step - works for me.

Ok from what little I saw he fits the bill as far as athlete. If he is a pure 2 and not a 3 I am even more excited. However if Roscoe is available you must re recruit him regardless of this verbal. The Miller kid on his high school team is outrageously good and if he is not a possibility the other big kid Reddic looks fantastic. From what I saw I would take him over Abraham in a NY minute.

We don't have anyone on the current roster that can take one dribble baseline and dunk on two people like Aaron did in that youtube clip. I like his potential

Welcome Aaron. I like offensive rebounders vey much. I hope you and Nate compete for freshman o/r crown! Honestly, I hope he doesn't. While Nate will probably get decent minutes from day 1, our backcourt will be so deep and Aaron would be taking minutes away from Austin. So while I hope he gets PT in OOC and can develop, I pray that we won't need anything important from him.

Miller isn't that huge a pipedream -- or at least the staff doesn't seem to think so as they were watching him and Reddic not too long ago.
I also think Reddic is a backup to Abraham right now (and I'm not sure he's ahead of Mo Walker).
