So who do we want (prefer) to win this game? Scottyfreude - I want him to go down in flames in OT on Senior Day. HAHA - you got your wish. He didn't get the shot off anyway, regardless of whether it went in

I couldn't ask for a better ending to Senior Day for Scotty Reynolds.

Unless Pitt chokes, I think it goes Pitt, WvU, Nova, right?

At the Half:
Syracuse over Louisville ND and Marquette tied 26-26 USF over UConn 33-31 (doesn't affect GU at this point, but could have)

At this point, I wonder which BE teams can play their way in. We can rest assured that SU[], VU, WVU, Pitt, and GU have bids. MU and Louisville seem like good candidates right now, but, looking at RPI, they may both need another win. ND, SHU, and USF all seem to be within shooting distance, like 2 wins more may do it for them.
ND and USF wins today could throw the BE at-large scene into a mess headed to the Garden for those first round matchups. Some teams may go head to head for a bid, it seems. Some of the one bye teams may be on the bubble too.

Friendships of mine are going to end if MU can't do us a favor and beat ND the one time in 5 years that I've been rooting for them to win.

I don't care as much about BET seeding right now. This is March, and I expect to win games regardless of our opponent.

Stupid Syracuse. The one time we actually want them to win they blow it. Oh well.

I'm perfectly fine (actually happy) to see Syracuse lose. ND, on the other hand, must go down.

I don't want Syracuse to win. Go Louisville.
Honestly, what kind of soul do you have if one seed line is enough to make you root for Cuse?

With today's developments, the 7 seed is now more desirable, in my opinion. So, yeah, ND losing is what matters. Lville losing would be nice because it means we would finish in 6th place in the Big East, and with the 6 seed, but unless, I am missing something, i think we are looking at:
Syracuse Pitt WVU Nova
I'd prefer to stay away from UConn on the front end, and to get Pitt in the 3rd round, should we get there.
The Pitt, WVU, Nova mini-conference, assuming Pitt beat Rutgers goes:
Pitt 2-1 WVU 2-1 Nova 1-2
and Pitt beat Syracuse.
