John Jacques. End of discussion. I think there is a good reason that your handle is not JohnJaquesJumpShot.

If we're talking scorers then Kayode Vann has to be in the discussion.

lichoya, WE're talking shooter not scorer-Barry was the better shooter-Sleppy the better all around scorer Dove You are the only one taking Barry. Of course, very few on this board actually saw Barry. Nevada? Ed? I have seen every Hoya since 1970 and many of Sleepy's games, but never saw a minute of Barry so it is not possible to judge. But I find it hard to believe that F. Barry was better than G. Sleepy who could shoot from anywhere. Can you describe Barry's game for us? As a 6'6' F did he get a lot of his points inside? How was his handle? post moves? Passing, etc? Thanks.

Here is my definition of best shooter....the Jordan rule. You drive the lane and can kick it out to any hoya in history to hit the game winning 3 pointer from the top of the key. Who do you want taking that shot?
We know it's not Darrell Owens because he had that exact shot and missed against Florida (kill me).
Outside of Joey Brown (joke!)...
I actually go with Jon Wallace. Best pure shooter the Hoyas have ever had...he was money when given a decent look.

Jon had the three to send us to overtime against UNC and the clutchest free throws I've ever seen in person on the road against Marquette. True. I almost vomited myself just watching that free throw from the comforts of my own home. Granted, it was just a free throw, but that was one of the biggest pressure free throw ever.

Category is best shooter, not best accused rapist. Oh, my bad ... I misread the title. In all seriousness, he had a great shot with unlimited range. It's too bad he didn't have a brain to go with his skills.

I'm a little surprised michael jackson never even entered the conversation. i'd think he has to be included in the top 5...but no mention anywhere.
