Just wanted to know what everybody thought about the chances of BOTH Jeff and Roy staying at G'Town...Is it better than 50%??
I pray that they both stay, b/c in my opinion we will be a preseason top 3, and a favorite to get back to the Final 4

I thank they both are going to stay, reason being is that I know Jeff does not want to go out like that in the final four. One of his worse games. And Roy always said he needs improvment, and he will be here for four years. I beleive they will both stay, regardless what the talking heads say.

Roy: 90% (pretty certain he's back, but you just never know) Jeff: 51% (I think he comes back, but again this could be his maxed out spot and he might take advantage)
I think they both come back, but way more confident in Roy.

I think we will be a sweet 16 team without either Jeff or Roy. We will be a 30-win, final-four team (at least) with them both returning.
To the extent there were "holes" in our game (perimeter O), the new guys will fill them.
Mind you, I do NOT believe the "holes" were nearly as big as made out to be. Wallace is my favorite player; the kid is just cold-blooded money. And Sapp did much better than I expected. We didn't have a lot of depth at guard, though, so regardless, the new guys will help mightily in that way.
2008 is our year.

If Jeff and Roy stay and Macklin and Ewing continue to develop their games.

If Jeff and Roy stay and Macklin and Ewing continue to develop their games. Well, I don't know. I think 2008 will be great regardless. Wallace, Sapp, Summers are known quantities and will be great. And others have a good chance of being great. Macklin, Rivers, Freeman, Wright, and Ewing. I might even put PE in that first category. He did really well in the tourney. I haven't thought of actual lineups, but I think these guys alone, even without the 2 bigs returning, is pretty potent.

Jeff: 50% Roy: 80% Both Stay: 40% Both Leave: 10% Agree. I really think Roy will end up staying. Jeff, I honestly think at this point even he doesn't know and it could easily go either way. That said, if Roy leaves and Jeff stays, I'd be floored.

Agreed as well. I really hope Roy stays. Laugh it up at this next comment but I honestly think it could be the difference between him having a chance at a career like Dikembe or Parish and being resigned to having a career like Samuel Dalembert. He's come too far not too put that final polish on his game before getting to the big stage.
