I am fairly sure that Anthony McClain was at today's UConn game. He walked right past our row and our row commented on his size.
When he got down to the "recruit row" he walked past a white kid that was at least 2 or 3 inches taller. The taller kid seemed high school age too. Any idea who this could have been?
Also looking for confirmation that it was Anthony McClain at the game.
I think either would be good in the post-Roy years.

I also saw a guy wearing a John Carroll HS jacket who must have been at least 7'4". The guy was simply enormous.

They are younger kids too--like Sophomores or Juniors academically/eligibility wise. As for the 7'0 kid, was it Markhoff or could it have been 7'0 Polish import Tomasz Kwiatkowski? Hoyas had shown interest in him earlier in Summer and he's also visited UVA, UNLV, and George Washington, Tennessee, Baylor, and Rhode Island have shown interest in him as well. He's got a profile on Rivals I believe with a picture so if someone with Rivals subscription could link that, maybe you could see if that was indeed him? Skill wise, Kwiatkowski is known for being a terrific passer, having a lot of room to put on some lbs--he's currently 240 and needs work on his offensive game--but being a good passer for that size would make him a fit for the program. Redshirting is also being discussed by some programs in his development as well.

Either one would be a good pickup, probably back-up Vernon for a bit, and will hopefully grow into a roll

I'm not sure if I'd say it was either of the two guys shown in those pics, but I can tell you he looked a LOT taller than 6-10.
