I know that it means beer now. I actually haven't been much of a drinker typically so if thats a known reference to beer I was just ignorant of it. Cold milk is by no means whatsoever a "known" reference to beer. Where Jersey came up with that I have no idea at all. And by the way, "wheat soda" is often times an excellent complement to the hyped up adrenaline that many of us already have. But then again, it all depends on how you roll. I can do either. ;D

I hope you plan on going to the HHC pre-game event so I can get a shirt, I am sure there will be many people there are not hoyatalk regulars who are unaware of your shirt campaign but would be happy to buy and wear one.

Not to be a pest, but I'm just so psyched about the season and I'm getting eager to strut around Fargo in my spiffy T-shirt (minus the face paint, blue wig, and high socks--but maybe with enough "cold milk" on board that might be a possibility ). Any idea when the out-of-town benefactors might expect to see a package in the mail? My wife has threatened to swipe it first, hide it, wrap it and try to pass it off as a Christmas gift. I think she was kidding. Thanks.

Yeah guys, Im trying to get all the sizes I need together so that I can ship the shirts out. Right now I only have men's mediums and women's smalls. I'm gonna send Cambridge his 2 mediums today after class and then Im gonna go to the necessary places and try to pick up all the L's, XL's, and XXL's I need. Sorry that its taken so long guys but it really hasnt been in my hands. You would have already had your shirts if everything went straight through me.

Take that Nodak! Woo hoo. Looks like there weren't enough zeros in your check...I can tell you are jealous of how us high rollers live. You know, getting our T-shirts mailed out first and all that. It's a gas! Now who's up for a little polo? Anyone?

I prefer a "frothy beverage." I prefer the old fashioned "brewski."

I need some shipping advice. The UPS Store is killing me with the cost. It cost me $7 today to ship Cambridge his shirts. Should I go to a Post Office and ship them, would that be cheaper, or does anyone have any other advice?

If you have the weight of the package it will give you a quote. postcalc.usps.gov/

Yeah, I think that will save me a few bucks at least on every package. Of course, I may have calculated it wrong but I think thats a lot cheaper. UPS Store is ripping me off.
Now, I just need to locate the closest post office. I'll check that on the site.
Thanks

'007 - there used to be one at the corner of 31st and Wisconsin during my glory days. Still there? Getting psyched for the shirts and opening day.... hope your enthusiasm is as contagious on campus as it is on the board!

007, I have easy access to USPS or UPS since I have a car. Load me up and i'll be more than happy to send them out. Oh, also, i've found USPS to be traditionally cheaper for sending out smallish items like t-shirts (thanks for the "real world" education eBay )

Just curious...I didn't order season tickets (since I'll be on campus for only nine games, 9 x $8 = $72 is better for a broke college kid than $85), but I intend to attend all of the games that occur while I'm on campus. Are the shirts being given to students at the games, or will they only be available for purchase?
I know I'll be told I'm a bad person and "not a fan" for not buying season tickets, but...eh. I'll be at the games. That's all you can ask.

I'm pretty sure we'll be giving them out to the students who don't already have them for free. Hopefully, it won't be too hard to find us.
