is this a new Goodridge quote, or something that they're recycling from an earlier interview? www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/sports/10140576.htmSee bottom of article, where he cites lack of a big city atmosphere as being something that will help his academics.

Today's NY Post chronicles Vernon Goodridge's decision and past travels with the news that he likely won't sign his LOI with Mississippi State until the Spring, if at all. Sounds like he's going to be a Clearinghouse recruit all the way and he continues to mention the NBA as a possibility.
All I can say is that with this kid, I'm betting he not only doesn't sign until the Spring, but he'll have a different group of suitors lined up to recruit him as well. GU would also have a lot of time to work on him if they chose to do so. As I've mentioned before, with this kid, nobody will be certain what he's doing/where he's headed until you actually see him on your Campus--and the best guess is he won't be there long based upon his past.
