George Michael interviewed JTIII on NBC4 this evening. George praised JTIII for his record at Princeton and asked how "Pops" let him not play at GTown. III said Pops let him get away with one and he did the same thing in this hire. III said that the program building process is that, a process, to get better each day and it would take time. Said he would not have taken the job if he did not have commitment that he would have the support to return the program to the highest levels, to "big time basketball". About the Princeton offense, III said that he thought the Sacramento Kings and NJ Nets were examples of how it works, as it's based on movement. When asked if he can reestablish the successful program he had at Princeton at Georgetown, his reply was "that's the plan". III has a wife and three children.

The problem is, with this rapport built between the two, will JTIII use Georgetown as a stepping-stone to help George Michael reform "Wham!"? OK, really bad joke.
