Everyone should be watching Nova-UConn. Two incredible teams. UConn is blocking everything that moves and Nova keeps coming at them. One of the most entertaining games I've seen in a while. We're very good, but we're still a level or two below these two teams.

That friggin' Mike Nardi can shoot. Not really enthused about the possibility of having to play either one of these two again. If we make it to the Semi's of the BET it's almost certain that that's going to happen.

There is not a single team in this country that can beat UCONN in a best of seven series. I don't think anyone could even get it to game 7, and MAYBE a handful could get it to game 6. They will be the national champions, unless a team gets hot.

Nardi also smacked M. Williams in the back of the head on a UCon fastbreak - Williams got a personal and Foye (!?) got a technical in the ensuing aftermath. Vern and Billy (and the rest of CBS) missed it.
Between Nardi and Lowry, Nova is gonna be a chippy team next year.

UCONN is really, really good. It's hard for anyone to get a close-in shot because they seem to block everything, especially Armstrong. And they are deep. Any team in the BE or NCAA tournaments that beat UCONN will have to have a great game and lots of luck.

Soooooooo not appreciating UF's insistence on Orange uni's. I got my fill yesterday, now it's just getting obnoxious.

As it stands right now, Maryland is set up to play Clemson in the first round of the ACC tourney.

UConn is about the lead the country in blocked shots for the 5th consecutive year. How amazing is that? And while there has been much justifiable talk about Roy or Aaron Gray being the most improved player in the BE, my vote goes to Hilton Armstrong. This kid has absolutely become a game changer.

While I think that no one would have beaten UConn in shotblocking this year, their numbers are so inflated it isn't funny. If there is any chance anyone hit the shot, it is a block. Contrast that to our scorer, who seems to delight in removing blocked shots from our players, and I think the difference in shot blocking is not nearly as big as the numbers would say.
