It's a shame that Cincy hasn't inked Andy Kennedy to a full-term contract; he has done a heck of a job with the mess he inherited.

I think they basically said he wasn't a candidate early in the year. Not so much because of his coaching, but because they want a total break from the Huggins era. He has done a very good job and he'll be a headcoach somewhere, either Cinci or elsewhere. They could get more of a break from Huggins than they want, i.e. a break from having a good team.
Louis Orr has been tossed around as a candidate.

If they want someone to run a clean program, maybe Esh will get a shot.
OK, I know he won't, I just want to see if I can draw some posts away from the Ballroom Dancing thread, and the mere mention of Esh is usually good for 3 pages.

9 teams I think is about right. Even after we beat Syracuse tomorrow. We really are in a beastly conference. But we have been playing well at home... let's make it a great home court tomorrow!

6 in a row to claim the BET crown will put us higher than 7 seed ;D

If Lundardi is anywhere close to accurate I would love to see the season end right now. I can't imagine a more favorable road for the Hoyas than having Memphis as a 1, Gonzaga as a 2, UNC (all-freshman) as a 3 and GW as a 4. Talk about teams that have proven nothing. I don't think it could get much better than that even if we can get a higher seed and easier first round matchup.

If we win the next two, secure the first round bye in the BET and win 1 BET game, we ought to be a 5, maybe a 4.
Am I the only one that thinks UNC as a 3 is too high?
Finally, any team at 8-8 or better from the BE should be in.
