I would also love to buy tickets to McDonough. My boys are all home from college and grew up rabid Hoyas fans. Please let me know if anyone has tickets they want to go to use.

Wagner is a scrappy, hard-nosed defensive team that likes to apply pressure. It'll be a good test of whether or not Georgetown's athleticism can handle it. On offense, they are patient and make you work defensively. In other words, they seem to be the opposite of Georgetown. Their game with Seton Hall was low-scoring and was close(within 10 points) for most of the first half before the Pirates pulled away to go up 12 at the half.

I want to see basically the same as what I WANTED to see last game. We started out strong the past two games so I want to see that continue but this time stay focused and maintain that lead so we can work on our second team some more. We need someone to step up from that group.

Unable to attend this game and I wonder if many students will still be around.
It almost sounds like a scrimmage.

Andrew in the box office sent me this link for tickets.  Not sure if it could possibly be true, but it says the tickets are $40.  Hoping I am wrong and that this helps you get tickets.

Boy this game scares me. I remember the Harvard (?) game at McDonough years ago. Hope Cooley has the players pumped and enough students are still on campus to fill the gym.

Yes it was Harvard we lost to in McDonough in the opening game of the NIT several years back, which wasn’t as bad as when we got crushed in McDonough by Arkansas — State — JTIII’s last year about the same time of year (pre- Maui). And then there’s the two years in a row I think it was we lost early season games in McDonough to ODU, and then stopped playing regular season games there. So playing there doesn’t mean much “homecourt advantage” wise — but I do like it for students!
