From what I am hearing, don’t hold your breath on single game ticket sales. Make your plans and they will be on sale in due time, as in before the game. But maybe not much sooner. Baffling but that’s the word.

Given that they've promised two tickets to the Wagner game at McDonough to every season ticket holder, and the capacity of McDonough, I don't think you're going to have trouble getting good seats when they put them on sale.

I heard they are charging students $10 for the Lehigh opening game in McD? Why? Just make it free jeez. The same should be for the Wagner game in Mcd.

On the bright side, at least I can secure parking … am.ticketmaster.com/guhoyas/buy/coaparking

They're throwing in an Opening night tee shirt and a $10 food and beverage voucher. Looks like they're opening up seating to the public. Student tickets capped at 1,250. Showed up on my Facebook page

Showed up on my Facebook page Why would they ever limit student seats? Not a smart move. On Day 2 of 24/7 election hysteria, rush hour traffic (in the dark), and no local promotion, the DC public isn't likely to fill the gym, and a lot of students will simply save the $10 and hunker down in front of cable news. The student loyalty once built for this program has eroded significantly.

sorry - late to the party.
Do we know anything more about single game tix?
Would like to go to the Wagner game on McD and a few other COA games in mid-November. But no announced dates on availability yet? It looks like tix to McD games are general admission -- sound right?

I am guessing that ticket availability will not be a problem for any of the games.

The student loyalty once built for this program has eroded significantly. Sometimes the marketing leaves you scratching your head and this is one of them. I figured the idea of opening at McDonough (apart from the Caps using Cap One on the night) and limiting tickets to students was to get some juice going among the student body, get a good vibe going to start the season but then you cap tickets and charge $10 (when you're charging $99 for student season tickets at Cap One). Give them the tee shirt, give them the $10 for food and beverage and eat the ticket cost. I get that the $10 prevents students grabbing free tickets and then not showing up but still...

Don't forget the free blue out t-shirt and $10 in food vouchers that come with those $10 tickets. So essentially they are free tickets for the students. Their marketing isn't perfect but this isn't a bad deal.

Andrew wants to use this game to boost season ticket sales at this game. I guess that there wouldn’t be much motivation to get tickets unless students needed to use their credit cards to get into this game.

“Get Your’s!” that 12% acceptance rate must really be focused on extracurriculars now, less on grammar
