I was rooting for either ALL bubble teams make it (yay BE) or NO bubble teams (FU rivals)... We're somewhere in the middle at this point.
Seems like 6 at this point (UConn, CU, MU, SHU, SJU, PC) but some of those teams are still missing out, depending on which guy you follow. Even Nova is in shouting distance, though very likely out.
CBS guy has SHU out this morning, ESPN has PC out.

Was at the game and Marquette played 8 on 5 entire OT and still won going away. Also delicious that ‘Nova suffered the agony of defeat twice; the basket at the end of regulation sure looked like it had done the trick and the hopes raised/rushing back into the arena by the ‘Nove fans quite the spectacle…

He looks like he had no legs last night. Also, Marquette played 8 on 6 on defense in the first half, when Shaka did a bang up defending the corner 3.

Watching Johnies vs UCONN and Clingan, here is a pop quiz: the top 5 New England recruits in '22 were in order: Filipowski, Onyenso, Clingan, Player A, and Claude. Who is player A?

RB it is. I know these rankings can be flawed, but we cannot let him go, IMHO

My guess too. Went to prep school in MA.

RB it is. I know these rankings can be flawed, but we cannot let him go, IMHO I want him to stay too. But other than the coaches trying to convince him and throwing money at him, I am not sure what else we can do. And the money may not even be a factor, since he's not going to get big bucks and lots of schools can probably give him similar money.

ESPN had him at 20 in region, 3 in state, 95th nationally. Pretty good. Hope he stays but not sure it's a game breaker either way. I guess it's a cost benefit in truest sense in today's game. I guess if I were him, I'd test the waters too. I'd be pretty concerned being subservient to EPPS in the Cooley scheme.

Insufferable Donny Marshall taking credit for steering Cam Spencer to his favorite school.

Really need Marquette to win tonight, and tomorrow. Don’t want UConn to keep pace in all time BET titles, and can’t stomach the idea of PC winning it this year.

Love how this Marquette team defends, how different things may have been if Shaka wanted the job and was hired in 2017.

English absolutely has something special going on that's all his, but he did land in a solid situation that was ready to compete. Hopkins going down and the reckoning they did to right the ship was huge and guided by English for sure. Not trying to discredit at all -- just saying that he inherited an overall solid situation and has put his seal on it. They're legit. How are they legit? They have one of the best BE players of the last generation, 2 solid 5th year guys, and they are squeaking in the tournament as the last team in. When we had a transcendent talent in Porter and a worst roster, we were a 2 seed and a top 5 team. English’s offense is horrendous and 5/11 wins since Hopkins went down are against us and DePaul. English hasn’t don’t anything but rely on the foundation that Ed left. Look at Missouri, Gates was getting all the credit last year and he finished 0-20 in the SEC without his legacy players. Providence roster looks awful next year and he can’t risk recruiting over Pierre, Floryd or they will leave which limits him in the portal. Let’s check back in on this discussion in 3 years and I think we’re easily the better program moving forward. Might just be me, but a team that beats the #8 team in the nation and is now giving the #10 team in the nation all it can handle is legitimately legit.

For their fans, it’ll be a big "what if" wondering how good PC could have been with a healthy Hopkins all year. I think they'd have been a possible second weekend team.
As much as I don't want to say it, they had a really good 3 days at MSG.
