2:00 PM Saturday start - plenty of time to shake off Friday night and get your butts in the seats.

Keep fighting. Fewer sloppy turnovers If we can't play defense effectively, at least play it with intensity . Play a little better each game.

Too many FGAs for Epps. Who’s responsible? Why is Bristol doing a Jagan on offense?

Senior Parents and Leadership Weekend both with GameDay events. There will be a good crowd this weekend both fan and student I'd suspect.

Going to the game. More than anything (okay a win would be nice) I'd love to see a big student turnout. No reason not to be. Geez kids if you can't spare 3-4 hours on a Saturday afternoon to go downtown, pull for the Hoyas and have a few beers at area pubs then maybe you should reorder your priorities.

Want Jay heath to contribute more, if we can get him going so much better for team. He shot 44% when in pac 12 and 44% on 3s there, but is now shooting 32% in BE games and 31% from 3. For a fifth year guy its just surprising he has had a fall off despite not being surrounded by the best talent. It seems he has one of the few upsides for this team left (along with maybe Fielder improving/getting impact) but just getting him back to who he was / not making mistakes ( 19 assists vs 15 turnovers) would help a lot.

Our breakthrough game has to happen at some point but man, I don't see it against Marquette. Maybe we get some offensive movement and more assists but for now, I think we have to look to Seton Hall, providence, depaul, Xavier, Nova or St. Johns for those W's. If I squint I can see 3 wins in there.

Just found out that they are closing 400 Section. Moving folks down to 100 Section. Obviously, coupled with BOGO student tickets, hoping for a better looking TV turnout.

Marquette way too athletic. Gonna be a long afternoon. If Kolek plays like he did against Nova gonna be a really long afternoon.

We know that we can win without Epps going off (Providence game ), but we need Styles and Cook to both do a 13 and 7 or some such. I do not understand Styles, he can be a tiger on the boards and he has a nice stroke from outside. I think maybe Cooley has to get off his Epps addiction, and run some plays for Styles. Not a few here and there, but many, consistently. I get the feeling that Dontrez needs to get over the hump- that confidence barrier that Supreme seems to have dealt with.

Not a few here and there, but many, consistently. I get the feeling that Dontrez needs to get over the hump- that confidence barrier that Supreme seems to have dealt with. I really like Styles and think he has great potential, but it is frustrating that he does not impose his will more during games. I think in many cases he has a physical advantage on the players trying to cover him, but he still seems to defer a lot of times. I don't know if it is a case of the staff not running enough plays for him, or if he is just not being aggressive enough on the offensive end. The other thing is he just needs to finish more plays. When he is aggressive, he tends to get himself a good shot (almost never forces the ball) but doesn't finish as many of those shots as I think he should. When he misses one or two good attempts, he seems to lose his aggressiveness. Good offensive players have a short memory and even if they miss a few shots they just expect to make the next one, that is something I would like to see him develop. It would take some of the burden off of Epps

Marquette is a top five team (??). Possibility of two Big East teams as number 1 seeds.
