Epps doesn't value the ball and can't defend a ham sandwich. He has to shoot 65% and go for 30+ to provide + value. It's infuriating.

We’ve gotten blown off the floor the last two mins of the first half and now the first two of the second half. That’s ballgame. Seems like we’re a team of runs this season, not ready to give up yet. |

The turnovers really are of the maddening variety (not like they ever aren’t). TCU d has been solid but the TOs are from super lazy and soft passes (sure Rowan has 2 of them and Ish 1), dribbling off feet (Epps has 2) and offensive push offs (Jay gets at least one a game). Killed momentum when we had it. Prevented any more from being generated. Try Epps with 5 and all others with TOs only have 1. |

Epps shouldn't be driving on TCU at all. He is looking a lot like Spears right now with high turnovers and no idea what his defense is giving him or (more importantly) not giving him.

Infuriating that it’s just sloppy play and mental mistakes. We are physically outclasses against a team of senior and senior+. We need to get old and stay old with Cooley.

TCU is playing in the jersey defense on every man. Hoyas not breaking loose. Because we can't. Power 5, mid major, low major - if you have athletes and pressure is, we can't drive. They extend the defense and we get no clear looks outside. |
