That was a really nice win. It is fun to watch a Hoya team play aggressive, effective defense.
They played Creighton close when they met during the regular season, so they have a shot tomorrow
But Uconn destroyed them both times they played, so winning the conference is a huge long shot. their NET was in the 90s going into today's game, so they don't have any real shot at the NCAA tournament
But the women's NIT takes something like 68 teams, so I would guess they are likely to get in. This team deserves some kind of post season opportunity, they have had a special season.

Kudos to Coach Haney & Co. for creating a gameplan that played to this team's strengths and the players for going out and executing it to a T. Made it a real grinder of a game, had the Creighton coach taking all his starters out at once, hockey line change style.

That injury to Brianna Scott is a real downer though. Brutal to watch and hear that on the broadcast. I'm glad her mom (a Fox Sports employee, no less) was there for her.

So impressed with these ladies and Coach Haney fighting through adversity. They play together with physicality and defense, what Georgetown basketball is supposed to be about.
