One game left to put a stake in this lost regular season.

One game left to put a stake in this lost regular season. If Georgetown was able to win this game, I wonder how bad a loss this would be on Creighton's resume?

Given how Ewing has seemed to give up and the players are basically playing awful AAU style basketball with horrible defense against a good offensive coach, I think there’s basically no way we win this.

I give enormous credit to any of you who will actually watch this game.

It pains me to think that there are only a few Hoya games left this year. I would love to see them get some wins in NYC but that seems like a longshot.
The Hoyas have played well in Omaha at times...fingers crossed...and as always, GO HOYAS!!!

I will be watching a) because there are likely only 2 games left and I will miss it all for the next 8+ months and b) because I want to Akok and Riley and Bristol, Mutumbo and maybe just maybe Anglin & Bass one last time, maybe the last time in a Hoya uniform.

Barring some injury, seeing Mutumbo, Anglin and Bass over these next two games is unfortunately wishful thinking. The games have not mattered for over a month now, and our soon to be former head coach has shown he is not interested in player development- likely because he knows he will not be around next year.

Our soon to be ex-coach hasn't been interested in player development for the last 2yrs. Maybe 3yrs. I really don't think he plays Dante freshman year if the other Harris kid would have worked out. The last 3yrs Ewing has had tight benches and short ropes with freshmen.

I give enormous credit to any of you who will actually watch this game. I'll watch as long as it's within 15pts or until halftime. Whichever happens last. You usually know by halftime if this team can keep it close.

I have disagreed with a lot of what professor has written on here about the coaching search, but this is how I remember it. Dante did start to outperform Jalen (at least by the eye test), and then Jalen disappeared. Now who knows, maybe it should have been obvious in camp that Dante was better. But Ewing did give him enough time early on to earn his spot, and he stepped up. Now if only he had done that with any of the bevy of freshmen who followed Dante, who knows what our roster retention might have looked like . . . .

I don't know Ewing can look Dikembe in the eye after this season. He won't play his son in meaningless parts of meaningless games even though he's at least as talented as the two other centers on the team. I just hope Ryan stays at GU for his full four years. We need more student athletes like him.

I can see why he’s not playing much though I think he could be used against other slow big centers like Mathew Nicholson (Q always struggled against bigger guys even during his first ride here. Somehow there’s more giant guys now in college basketball even though the game is supposedly going small)

Those here who want to see him play are comparing him to the other centers on our roster, not some center on another team who runs like a gazelle.

You would get enjoyment out of watching us lose by 100 for multiple games? I really wish I understood this idea of being a fan but not wanting the team to do everything it can to be as successful as possible (and I mean within the rules...I'm not advocating cheating, etc.). If you enjoy watching them lose every game, wouldn't you enjoy it even more if we had a season where we went 26-5 and made the Sweet 16? Or even better?
