"Ranked the No. 109 overall recruit in the national junior class, Kaden Magwood had a loud 40-point performance against La Lumiere this weekend at the Marshall County Hoopfest. A 6-foot-3 guard who is solely wired to score the basketball, Magwood finds his offense with size-up dribbles, quick drives to the basket, and great lift to elevate over defenders in various scenarios along the perimeter. There is room for improvement as a decision-maker with the ball in his hands, but he has a great body, the ability to rise and fire, and microwave ability when it comes to making shots from a variety of areas on the floor. Recruitment: Magwood has been to Alabama, Illinois, and Virginia Tech for visits dating back to the latter part of August." 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/article/triple-threat-alert-eybl-scholastic-aristode-brewster-magwood-oak-hill-stagg-img-222401214/ "Talk about underrated? Kaden Magwood is your guy. The 6-foot-2 point guard out of Mouth Of Wilson (Va.) Oak Hill Academy, has had a terrific last two months on the national level. Whether it was his 40-point explosion at Marshall County, or his excellent play at Hoop Hall two weeks ago, Magwood is performing and he’s performing at the highest of levels against top-rated competition... Which schools are the heaviest in the mix? “Miss. State, Xavier, Cincinnati, and Illinois still.”... What’s Xavier’s pitch to you and your thoughts on the program overall? “The pitch [From Xavier] is Coach Miller’s style of play fits the way I play just perfectly. Also making sure I leave with a degree and developing me into a pro.” stockrisers.com/s/530/kaden-magwood-an-underrated-option-in-the-2025-class-talks-recruitment

Really hope we can get this kid up for a visit. Love his game. He can be a Derrickson like player.

What's the read on him going to the same school his sister plays at? They went to the same high school, do you think he would want to go to the same college?

Clearly is willing to listen to Cooley's pitch and Georgetown is in play, he and his family appear to value academics and staying nearby home could be a factor. His sister is a junior so presumably will have graduated by the time Jordan steps on campus. Jordan seems to be entertaining a lot of options presently.

"Jackson Keith is the No. 71 player in the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking. The 6-foot-5 wing is entering his junior season at Durham (NC) Southern High. Keith was invited to the recent USA Basketball Junior National Team October Minicamp... On3 caught up with four-star Jackson Keith after a recent live viewing to talk about his recruitment. “I would say that Virginia, VCU, NC State, and Tennessee have been the most consistent,” Keith said. “I’ve been to NC State and Virginia, and I want to get down to Tennessee."... “I’m hearing a lot from UNC,” Keith added. “Me and Coach (Hubert) Davis have started to build up a relationship, and I’ve been over there a couple of times. I spoke with Providence for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Ohio State has been in touch some and Butler.” www.on3.com/news/jackson-keith-talks-recruitment-breaks-down-virginia-nc-state-tennessee-and-more/"Jackson Keith, the No. 2 ranked player in the state of North Carolina for the junior class, will be in attendance for the NC State game Wednesday night, he told On3. The Wolfpack will take on neighboring No. 7-ranked North Carolina. The 6-foot-5 small forward out of Durham (NC) Southern High holds an offer from the Wolfpack, along with schools like Wake Forest, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Illinois, Virginia Tech, SMU, LSU, and others. Keith, a four-star recruit, has been on NC State’s campus multiple times for unofficial visits." www.on3.com/college/nc-state-wolfpack/news/4-star-sf-jackson-keith-to-be-in-attendance-for-nc-state-game-against-unc/

Game between two of our targets for 25' Sadiq White and Mikey Wilkins. Love both of their games. Wilkins skill level is elite and White athletic ability and length are evident in the highlights.

LSU: “I really talk to the whole staff. They think I can really shoot it in the SEC. Notre Dame: “ talk to [head] coach [Micah] Getter and coach [Kyle] Getter. They love how I can play multiple positions and score.”
Butler: “Me and coach [Alex] Barlow talk almost everyday. They think I can fit well there.”
Georgetown: “ talk to [head] coach [Ed] Cooley and coach [Jeff] Battle a lot. They think I can come help turn the program around.”
Mississippi St.: “ talk to [head] coach [Chris] Jans and coach [Patrice] Days. They think I can contribute early.”
www.zagsblog.com/2024/01/23/top-150-junior-colt-langdon-talks-upcoming-visits-updates-recruitment/"Alabama, Butler, LSU, Mississippi State, Clemson, Notre Dame, West Virginia, Rutgers, Creighton, Georgetown and Pitt are all in constant contact trying to lure the 6-foot-7 wing. Makes sense for a prospect who has been mentioned in the mold of Luka Dončić. “I’ve gotten those comparisons before because I’m a bigger guy who does everything,” Langdon said. “I can score from all levels, rebound and defend. My biggest thing that I take pride in is that I’m able to do everything well.”... Perhaps that motivation stems from being ranked No. 128 overall in the Rivals 150 or to earn his dream offer, but either way Langdon is taking a “take no prisoners” approach headed into spring and summer ball. “I grew up a Duke fan, so they would definitely be my dream offer,” Langdon said. “I have some great options already, but, of course, I’d love to hear from Duke. At the end of the day, I’m going to pick the best situation and more than anything I just want to be the best player I can be and to prove myself every time I’m out there. That’s really my only motivation.” basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/colt-langdon-s-star-is-on-the-rise
