Does that mean she lied on her application? I have zero idea what is asked on applications for either undergrad or law school these days but DACA has been in effect since 2012 which enables kids to to apply and to attend colleges/law school schools with that status. Thus, I do not presume any lie on her applications. "She regularly renewed her DACA papers, providing a fingerprint and hundreds of dollars, worried about the threat of deportation if the president successfully shut down the program." Enacted by the Obama administration in 2012, DACA grants temporary protection to children brought into the U.S. by undocumented parents. In addition to deferring deportation, the program gives many undocumented students the ability to apply for work permits, obtain health insurance, and qualify for financial aid to pursue a college education. www.bestcolleges.com/blog/undocumented-students-and-daca/OTOH, I'm still waiting for the disclosure of the sociopath's wife's immigration papers. 😁
