Another corrupt unqualified POS Yalie (your work for Nunes will not go unnoticed by reputable law firms) chased out of the NSA. Thank you General Nakasone. Hell, I am more qualified than this sycophant to be the NSA General Counsel as are half of my former DOJ colleagues in the National Security Division. Michael Ellis, a former Republican political operative, resigned Friday as the National Security Agency’s top lawyer, having been sidelined for three months after President Biden took office. www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/trump-nsa-michael-ellis-/2021/04/17/5f03fb82-9fa6-11eb-b7a8-014b14aeb9e4_story.html

The sociopath's corrupt regime was as malignant as it was incompetent. Imagine that The Trump administration put up bureaucratic obstacles that stalled approximately $20 billion in hurricane relief for Puerto Rico and then obstructed an investigation into the holdup, according to an inspector general report obtained by The Washington Post. Trump had also told then-White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly and then-OMB Director Mick Mulvaney that he did not want a single dollar going to Puerto Rico, and instead, he wanted more of the money to go to Texas and Florida. www.washingtonpost.com/business/2021/04/22/puerto-rico-hurricane-trump-hud/

I see. The sociopath's personal attorney has his residence and office searched (according to NBC News). Ha ha ha ha ha. 😁😁😁😁
Can't wait to see Fox Propaganda Network's spin on this.

FBI also executed search warrant at Victoria Toensing's residence. She is married to and law partner with Crazy Joe diGenova so don't know why he'd be excluded from search. Both former DOJ officials during Reagan but now Trump cultist whackjobs.
N.B. Wish news media would stop calling it a "raid." Agents serve the warrants, execute and depart. I also wonder whether search warrants were served on the service providers for the electronic devices.

When you execute warrants against terrorists and seize stuff, I'm comfortable with it being called a raid.

I understand the instinct but executing a warrant against attorneys usually do not include a tactical team. IMHO, describing it as a "raid" plays into the Fox propaganda network spin as "deep state" governmental abuse.

No, there wasn't but you can't really call him a terrorist in the context of why this particular search warrant was served and executed. Foreign Agents Registration Act violation is being investigated regarding his activities regarding Ukraine. Giuliani and all the socioath's supporters are scum but that doesn't call for an armed tactical team in these circumstances. It calls for an individual case-by-case determination. AFAIK, even the insurrectionists being arrested aren't necessarily being arrested with full tactical teams in place. And some judges are allowing them to post bond.

My argument is that it's semantically okay to call it a raid given Rudy Giuliani's history as a terrorist. Not that an armed tactical team should be used to frighten and intimidate a feeble and creepy old man.
