Some day soon, these 70+ year old legacy coaches will retire. 🙂👍🏻 That's what they said when they were 65+ year old legacy coaches . . . and 60+ year-old legacy coaches . . .

Davis is trying to develop the relationship with the other programs. With Georgetown, he has confidence in the relationship. He is close with The staff and the players. The relationship has been built. Now it's about continuing to grow, season & marinate the relationship. Gotta believe the staff has the lead based on all his comments...

Looks like Missouri is really making headway with Love, this could impact UNC with Davis...

I know a lot can change in recruiting but those quotes are very encouraging for us. He’s already been to a game, came on an official, and will take an unofficial with us again before making his decision...have to like our chances. This could be a huge statement to the rest of the country if Pat can reel him in

This would be huge, even if he doesn’t end up in the top-50.

I feel similarly hopeful and have wanted Davis from the beginning. I have to say I don't like the mix of Stepinac alum Tim O'Toole, Capel's current assistant and former assistant to Count Chokula, K himself, Capel, and Wojo all in the Stepinac gym at the same time. I can just hear K telling Davis he'd be crazy not to go to Pitt or Marquette with Wojo.

It is interesting to me that if you look at Twitter the picture with Ewing is 4 times larger than the other 3 but when you posted it to our site you chopped off PE's Head? It's almost at if you ran GU's marketing/sports information department?

It's almost at if you ran GU's marketing/sports information department? On Twitter, the picture in the tweet looks exactly like what is posted here. On Twitter you have to select each of the 4 pictures to enlarge them. That functionality doesn’t translate to here, although clicking on the tweet pic here will open it in Twitter. Yaboy didn’t chop off anyone’s head.

If we get RJ....the table will be set in terms of our continued ascension back to the top of the college hoops landscape.

Dan,
I love all the content Yaboy posts. I still look at things on my computer in IE and when I opened the link all 4 pictures were there but the one with Ewing was much larger than the other 3 on the twitter page. The chopped off picture made me remember some historical GU content over the past 30 years, hence the comment. Just trying to poke fun at the missing 1/2 of Ewing's picture.

Just trying to explain to those who might not. In the Twitter app it looks like it displays here. The program itself has put unnecessary, in my mind at least, constraints on media and publicity. That seems a bit loosened this year, which is good. But that discussion is for another thread.
