We have an economy where 71% of Americans cannot afford a $1000 emergency.
38% of Americans make less than $20,000 51% of Americans make less than $30,000 62% of Americans make less than $40,000 71% of Americans make less than $50,000
That first number is truly staggering. The federal poverty level for a family of five is $28,410, and yet almost 40 percent of all American workers do not even bring in $20,000 a year.

The Koch Brothers complaining about Donald Trump is like Jeff Flake complaining about Donald Trump - wake me up when they do something about it. No story there.

Yes, the elites don't get it, just the guy who lives in a golden tower with golden toilets who has 44 former Koch staffers working for him...
This multimillionaire Ivy League Dartmouth grad, primetime Fox News host, from one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Connecticut, who got her start in politics as a speech writer in the Reagan administration, then moved on to clerk for Clarence Thomas, after working as an attorney for the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City, and then spent the last 25 years in radio and television, is totally not one of those elites who doesn't get it.
Manhattan resident, Donald Trump, and the richest cabinet in the history of US politics are not coastal elites and totally for the middle class. That's why they cut taxes on the wealthiest citizens, and wealthiest corporations, causing CEO pay to go way up, while real wages for middle and low income Americans is down.
Pretending any of these guys care one iota about average Americans is hilarious. This is a billionaire vs a maybe billionaire pillow fight. Neither one of these guys care about helping anyone other than themselves, and they'll be back in love when it's time to win an election..
