The Hoyas are back! Georgetown received four (yes, four!) votes in the Associated Press Top 25 this week!

Duke, Kansas, Michigan State and Villanova remain ranked #1 through #4 atop the Associated Press Top 25 in the latest poll released today. The Big East Conference again has three ranked teams, as Xavier jumped up eight spots to #13 after its win over Cincinnati, and Seton Hall rejoined the AP Top 25 at #19 after winning at Louisville. Four teams dropped out of the AP Top 25 (Louisville, formerly #17, Texas Tech, formerly #22, Alabama, formerly #24 and Creighton, formerly #25), being replaced by Seton Hall (#19), Purdue (#21), Nevada (#22) and Tennessee (#24).

I thought that circles of hell were only for Syracuse alumni?

Not sure that the comparison to Roey Hadar is warranted, but as nychoya3 mentioned she's a Hoya who was making a joke.

Addition: Her other articles on Deadspin about the Hoyas have been pretty even handed and thorough, especially considering the platform.

You might want to re-read that article. She quoted those as examples of easy takes at stories about JT3, as opposed to her overview of the complicated relationship between the university and the former head coach.
