You buy a "certain victory" by guaranteeing a sizeable payment to a lesser opponent for a home game. Gotcha. Thank you.

He's going to be an absolute stud, probably plays all four years because he is undersized, and not getting him and cementing that PG slot probably set our program back 3 years. It stinks but I'd rather have Pat and no Waters than JTIII and Waters. Your opinion, but I think in the "what if the fanbase hadn't gone nuts" scenario, we'd have been back in the tournament faster.

Pretty sure I could put up double digits against Alcorn St... No doubting his talent, I was a big fan, but let's see a little more before we declare him a program changer...

I loved JTIII as much as anybody, but I think it was pretty clear that we needed a change. Any fanbase would have "gone nuts" with the results we've gotten the last few years. You may even be right that we would have been back in the tournament sooner if we stayed the course, but that doesn't mean moving on still wasn't the best option for the long term.

If Maric & Struss can settle down some DePaul will definitely be a tough out..

Possible. Although let's not forget the very strong hints that we would have lost more players if JTIII stayed. So it still could have taken a couple of years to rebuild

Copeland with 8pts 5reb 1ast in a win for Nebraska. Still can't figure it out from distance. 0 for 2 from 3.

If so, I'm wondering how he appeared to be moving considering that he, apparently, had some sort of back surgery. Hopefully he's back to feeling well and that his play reflects it.

Does anyone still think Richmond is an unwinnable game? Delaware just beat them by double digits and were up by as much as 33pts during the game. I can't wait to see the boys today because we will surprise some people.

Richmond just lost to Jacksonville State by 33. Baylor's hold on the all time worst OOC schedule is in serious trouble.

Baylor's hold on the all time worst OOC schedule is in serious trouble. In a way it raises the stakes because losing to a worse-than-expected Richmond team would not be good. Still, the game is away, so even if we lose, it wouldn't be the worst loss we could have. But, it seems like a winnable game if we perform well.

They really need to get their best player Khwan Fore back... Not a good team without him. They might not be that great with him, but certainly better.
