Nice shirt indeed. I hope the staff doesn't lose track of him now that he's transferred out of Middleburg and will be hooping in the NEPSAC. I gotta chance to see him and Jaden House play last December in a tournament. Both the boys can go. Was hoping both would become Hoyas in 2021. Thought it was a strong possibility when House reclassed up he would be a Hoya sooner. Speaking of Jaden House, he's going to be a monster at High Point. Don't be surprised if he doesn't transfer up to a P6 conference in a year or 2. Wonder how involved the staff was when he announced his reclass back to 2020? Hindsight being 20/20 I wonder if the staff regrets not getting House into the fold? Also wonder if House had extended his recruitment a little longer then two weeks after announcing his move up would the staff been more aggressive with his recruitment. In recruiting needs change, and with Beard moving to 2021, House could have been a great addition as his game and Beards are very similar.

Name: Casey Simmons Offers: Boston College, Georgetown, Miami, Xavier, Texas, Penn State, Northwestern, Iona, Rhode Island A big-time athlete, Simmons began to breakout last July while playing with the Mass Rivals on the adidas circuit. With a lot of interest already, that interest turned into offers as Simmons saw his list really explode during the months of April and May. Now nearing double figure offers, Simmons is someone who has his choice of numerous quality options. He has the size and athleticism to defend virtually anywhere, along with good feel for the game. Now his outside shot is beginning to develop, and even though he wasn’t on the circuit this spring, coaches have decided he is worth an offer. 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/LongFormArticle/Basketball-recruiting-Kansas-Villanova-Rahsool-Diggins-North-Carolina-DMarco-Dunn-Xavier-Texas-Illinois-Jahmai-Mashack-147383306/#147383306_3One of the best athletes on the East Coast has decided to officially narrow his list down to seven schools. On Monday evening, Casey Simmons decided to cut his list down to a manageable number, and seven schools are now on the list. The schools making the cut for Simmons are Boston College, Miami, Pittsburgh, Northwestern, Texas, Princeton and Yale. 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/Article/Casey-Simmons-basketball-recruiting-Pittsburgh-Boston-College-Northwestern-Texas-Miami-148444099/

This is the type of 5 star that I really don't mind spending resources on. From DC, position of need, and a really tough, physical player

Re-offer? Re-announcement? Either way he has loved the Hoyas for months. Do you know if he played this year? I know he transferred to a nationally ranked school in Baton Rouge, but I can't find any mention of him actually playing -- or even being on the roster. rosterHow did he move up to 4-stars? I don't think he played this year...?

If you watch that semi final game he had like 33 points in the loss.

UConn will not lose one guard to graduation after the season, so there is no glaring hole the Huskies will have to fill. Then again, if James Bouknight has a breakout season, chances are that the rising sophomore could jump to the NBA and leave a hole in the backcourt. It is for those reasons that the Huskies have invested plenty of time with some of the very best in the 2021 class and while the miss on El Ellis last week hurt some, all is not lost in Storrs. Dan Hurley and his staff sit in a very good spot with a bevy of the best guards and wings along the east coast including Rahsool Diggins, Trevor Keels, Jordan Riley, Jaylen Blakes, Jordan Hawkins, Quincy Allen and Jakai Robinson. It seems that a bigger shot-maker is the route they would like to take, which leads them to the DMV area. Diggins and Keels may be tough, while the higher academics have intrigued Blakes, but Hawkins, Allen and Robinson are three that the Huskies could have some traction with. Keep an eye on Robinson, and while Clemson and Seton Hall are also heavily involved, the Huskies should be monitored. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/twitter-tuesday-chet-holmgren-alex-tchikou-georgia-tech
