A couple of posts on Casualhoya mention Tre Campbell has suffered a knee injury. They made it sound pretty serious and mentioned a Snapchat post from Tre confirming it.
Anyone here have more info? It would be a rough break for Tre if true. His role next season was obviously undetermined but he seems like a good guy and good teammate and we need all the good teammates we can get right now.

FWIW, I saw him at lunch yesterday with no brace, crutch, or limp.

No brace, crutch or limp but surgery on the horizon? Sounds like a meniscus. Regardless, if true, best of luck for a speedy recovery to Tre.

Might it be related to the bus accident in February? I believe he sat out several games with an injured right knee.

With the news about Agau, the article gives mention to Trey Campbell and his season potentially being in doubt. If he is ruled out before the season even begins is there any type of rule that would free up his scholarship?

With the news about Agau, the article gives mention to Trey Campbell and his season potentially being in doubt. If he is ruled out before the season even begins is there any type of rule that would free up his scholarship? I would think only if it were a career ender ala Tyler Adams. Scholarships are always year to year but that's another discussion altogether. |

I'd be more worried about putting enough players on the court to have a practice. |

I'd be more worried about putting enough players on the court to have a practice. Yes exactly my point. If Trey is lost for the season we are now down to 8 players. I am simply stating that any additional flexibility Ewing has at this point is a good thing. |

Surely the newly transparent program will be making an announcement sharing specifics. Hopefully we will get some indication of severity and recovery time - although we have to remember that privacy laws require student permission before many details can be made public. |

This is what annoys me about this program. Other programs give u enough insight into an injurY. Even if we want to be deleted just say the player has a lower body injury and will miss x time. Not asking for a blood type or SS number here geesh |

Why do we think he's injured? If Tre does indeed have a knee injury and will miss time/season this year and this program will not report or admit it, they are beyond ridiculous. I guess either way not many people really care outside of a small, small bubble. Maybe I shouldn't either.

Tre injured his knee in the bus accident last season, and I believe was still feeling the effects this spring. My guess is that nobody, including the pjrogram, knows where the knee will be come September, so there is nothing to report or admit right now. |
