Jagan is having a senior season like several guys in Hoyas recent history: Jabril Trawick Henry Simms Bradley Hayes Markel Starks
Guy who showed promise throughout their career but really put in the work and effort their senior season to make it count. He looks spent every single game and is really leaving everything on the floor. What a leader and great legacy he will have at Georgetown!

I'm gonna miss this kid. It's so sad he won't see the Big dance at least once. He doesn't stop fighting.

He has become my favorite Hoya of the last 20 years. I hope he goes on to do great things in his life.

In military terms, his legacy will be that he stabilized our position under heavy enemy attack, buying sufficient time until reinforcements could arrive to ultimately win the battle...

Jagan really delivered on the promise assessment when he came here as a Hoya. He is a leader! I was particularly hard on him last year, when he tried unsuccessfully to deliver wins for the Hoyas. His decisions didn't deliver. Coach Ewing continued to have confidence in him, and he fully delivered this season. Yes, he played with the heart of a lion. And after surgery, his jump shot was excellent like it had never done before as a Hoya. I commend him. I salute him, and I thank him for his leadership and sound play. Thank you Jagan!!

Do you think PE could add him to the staff next year like Duke and Syracuse? Somebody that can coach HEART would be awesome! Furthermore, just think how instrumental he could be for future PG's?

I just finished watching the Marquette game on DVR. I agree that Mosely has a lot of good things, and I think he can improve a lot. In some ways, he strikes me a bit like a player like Trawick or Jason Clark, in the sense that I think he's got solid tools and will improve them over time, just as Trawick and Clark did. Also, don't forget the Mosely can also get time at shooting guard. He doesn't have to play PG. He's just in that position this year because it's where he has been needed. Without Pryor, guard minutes will open up (even if Waters takes most of the PG minutes), so I'm confident Mosely will get plenty of time. And if Peak were to leave for Europe or try for the NBA (a mistake, in my opinion), then there'd be even more minutes out there. This was a prescient post.

Has there ever been a Hoya that stood his ground and took charging fouls more than Mosely? And he has the bruises to prove it.

Had that exact same thought today. If he is interested, find a spot for him. Not sure if you can teach heart, but if anyone could it would be Jiggy. And I gotta think he could step up our defense.

Nailed it. It's impossible not to respect that man. I wish he had had more team success in his time but I love that he's a Hoya and am going to be very sorry to see him go. Jagan is going to leave a legacy of competitiveness and "want to" that will hopefully remain long after he graduates. I don't know what his plans are after graduation but sometimes you can just tell when a person is going to be really successful. Jagan is one of those people.

He stepped up. Became a leader. Mosely will be sorely missed. I really feel for Jagan. He is a kid who did not have it easy and had to fight for playing time, fight through injuries and he just kept his head down and worked hard and did what the staff asked. He is a kid that you really want to see realize the successes that he has worked so hard for during his career. He is a class kid who everyone should be cheering for. I also have to believe it is killing Coach Ewing to not be able to help this kid get a chance to play in the NCAA tourney. I am sure he felt the team was well positioned before the year started to reach that goal, but everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong for the team at this point. Through all if that Jagan just keeps playing his heart out every game. This is the type of kid a coaching staff wants to point to an an example of hard work and dedication paying off. I really hope Jagan can realize some personal successes for the rest of the this season, and I know that a person like him will realize great success in the rest of his life.

It's incredibly unfortunate that Jagan's tenure overlapped with one of the very worst 4-year stretches the program has endured in the modern era (1972-onward). It's sad for a warrior like Jagan. I wish we could have done more as a program to provide him with more success and winning moments on the court.
On the other had, Jagan will leave the Hilltop with a Georgetown degree (after finishing Valedictorian at St. Anthony's) that will set him up for life inside and outside of basketball.

One of my alltime favorite Hoyas. Leader, warrior, example, class act. He will do great things in his life. H4L.
