Postgame presser Ewing stated that Mosely was his MVP. I wasn’t clear on whether he just meant for the Creighton game or for the season so far, but either way, high praise. Mosely has really stepped up his game this year.

I'm sure I'll take grief for this but Jagan is the best "in game" dunker on the squad. I think his size and strength have always been apparent but his quick takeoff/elevation is what surprised me over the past two years. Pickett has length and Mac has hangtime but both are more breakaway dunkers. Leblanc had the title prior to transfer and Gardner probably would have given us a few highlights but AM hoping for at least a half dozen more Mosely dunk highlights before his playing days conclude. |

Again...if someone can't understand the value that this young man brings to a basketball team even when he scores 5 points, then they just don't want to get it. He's a warrior who has battled/played through some major injuries over his career and continued showing up doing the little things. Hasn't always been successful in his attempts but he is a leader!

Great to see that bond and confidence in someone you inherited. |
